What an awesome business! Due to payday being later than usual, I ordered all the stuff I needed to make party bags and asked them if it's possible to get it before a certain date. Well let me tell you... I ordered on a Tuesday and it was out for delivery on the Thursday.

Great service and quality!

Parcel delivered to wrong address, customer service was poor. I had to send several emails and when I asked about a refund, they would ignore the email. Responded to me once and didn't even get my name correct. Finally got a refund.

Honestly couldn't fault my order arrived perfectly packed. Website is easy to navigate and there plenty of choice and good quality

One item wasn’t sent and another was wrong. I don’t mind that the box is always haphazard when it arrives but when I alerted the company to the problem they wanted me to send pictures of everything. Wasn’t worth it for £2! I told them not to worry but they didn’t even acknowledge the email or send the items as a goodwill gesture. I’ve ordered from this company multiple times before so it’s left a sour taste.
