Ordered multiple items for my daughters party bags, came within 5 days. Items exactly what I ordered and very good prices considering todays cost of living!
Will definitely be using again for my other children's birthday party bags.

I would highly recommend this company. This is the first time that I used them to purchase items for my child’s Birthday party bags and honestly I’m super impressed with the speed that my items took to ship and be delivered (48hrs) and also the price was very reasonable with loads of discounts to take advantage of. I ordered a child's musical jewellery box with a story book which was described as damaged. There was a detailed explanation of what could be wrong with this product and at such a good price I ordered one. So pleased I did because all it needed was a little glue. I works perfectly . More companies should be this honest!

Easy to navigate website, top quality products at a super low cost price. Order was despatched quickly and delivery was also hassle free (which can be very hit and miss with couriers!)

Put in an order for toys to donate to a charity for Xmas. The games came in good time and was safely packaged up.

I needed some bits as consolation prizes.I looked at Amazon & Baker Ross but also search alternatives.I found Kids stuff and decided to give them a try after looking at reviews on Trust pilot. I am so pleased I did.I ordered on Monday and they arrived by courier today only 2 days.Everything arrived in perfect condition.
I received a strange email from Evri early this morning . It said I had missed my delivery yesterday and would have to pay for re delivery.As I did not know who Kids stuff used as couriers. I emailed sales & I had a very prompt reply from Donna.They use DPD or Royal mail.
It was obviously a scam text and a coincidence and nothing to do with Kids stuff. So always check with the company first.

So impressed with the cost, quality & delivery speed. Will definitely be buying from again in future & recommending to others!

Customer service is poor. Items arrived damaged they didn't cost much but that isn't the point they forced me to return item but didn't take responsibility for damaged items and had me have to go through my payment method to try to get a refund. Still don't have one yet. Most places these days apologise and send immediate refunds but not this company even over the slightest amount. Their items didn't get to me in good condition they should put things right. Simple!

Have previously bought from this company and had no issues. My recent order had an item missing and when I contacted them via email there's been no response. It's been 5 days now which I think is really bad. Hence 3 stars given.

Placed my order on Monday morning and didn’t get a order confirmation I needed my order before Friday and was very worried as I placed a big order for a children’s birthday party and this was treats for the kids. I called no answer left a voicemail message and tried contacting them on instagram and facebook, someone from facebook team got back to me straight away and reassured me my order was ok and being dispatched soon and that I should get the order before Friday and I did I got it today ( Wednesday) the advisor also messaged me today advising me I should get it today.. great customer service and I am very happy with my order thank you so much! I will be ordering from you again soon, highly recommend great service and fast delivery 🤩
