This is for smart kids watch, under a few names
Watch looks all fine until you try connect to the app, it never gives a registration code, so you can’t change the time or date or personalise it to the person,
You email support and they just sent me a link to watch a video of how to set up
Which i already knew, but it’s useless without the registration code, really annoyed me as was a present for my lad, there reviews on there website are completely fake and don’t change, there also the same names recycled over the reviews, I put a bad review n it didn’t get published, total con

SCAM SCAM SCAM. I bought this watch. It is not connecting with the app. I emailed many time to customer service. But didn't receive any response. Its fake aur scam. I lost my money . Plz you don't.

Absolutely shocking i can't connect to the app as it say i need registration code. I have tried everything but still said wrong code. Please avoid this scam at all cost

No manual with the watch. No charger. No customer service at all! Emails not answered. Pretty sure this company has gone under. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Watch not linking to app at all, it’s like it is missing a QR code on the back of the watch! Have tried everything. Have sent 4 emails and no reply at all! No faith in this company or if it even exists! Absolute joke! DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH! What a waste of money!!!!!

The watches do not work as advertised, I still haven't received my receipt. I would'nt recommend buying this.

Absolute rubbish. The watch doesn’t work and it’s not cheap. The company do not have. Website and they don’t reply to messages.

As people below have stated! Watch does not work. Have put SIM card in, code won't work. Downloaded app, won't recognize the code. Have contacted company numerous times and no response! This was a gift from Santa and we have now moved back to NZ so can't call. Website is under construction. I just want my money back now. So disgusted that a company can do this. Have contacted them again via their website.

SIM card not being recognised at all. Responded to my initial email requesting a photo/video which I sent through. Since doing so they have not responded to any follow up email

Bought as Christmas present.Watch stopped charging. Tried to contact company. Website conveniently "under construction "
No reply to emails.

Awlful watch, doesn’t recognise sim and won’t eject sim. When it did finally eject it snapped it in half leaving remaining bit stuck inside.

Customer service did not acknowledge my initial email nor my following 4!

This is the most amazing product! when my kid steps out of line it always works when i put her next to the the smartwatch charger. this is becuase it usually lights on fire thus burning my child. I know this isnt meant for everyone (stupid liberals) but it works great for my family. would recommend 100% for punishing your kids.

Contacted customer services as the charger cable had almost caught a light and had smouldered. After responding to me to say they needed photos which I had already sent and then repeatedly asking for a order number which I was unable to find but was able to prove purchase through my bank they stopped all contact and ignored all my emails to them. Contact started at the end of Dec 2023 and still attempting to resolve this to no avail.

Absolute scam.
Asking for a code nothing works. Emailed a good few times. I've even sent it back and no refund. My boy is absolutely devastated

Well after my previous terrible review of this company I decided to keep on and on at them for a refund. They advised initially that I would need to return the watch at my own cost. I refused to do this and demanded a refund or I would report to trading standards etc.
And lo and behold they have refunded our money. The full £35!!

I unfortunately have also been scammed. This was my daughter’s Christmas gift and like everyone else, there is no QR code and the serial number isn’t recognised. I bought a SIM card which I put money on and the watch won’t recognise. Just a useless scam. My little girl is so excited waiting to use it, I haven’t the heart to tell her that Father Christmas brought a watch that’s a scam.

Putting this one down to a learning experience to only buy from reputable companies. Wacth was delivered, but it will not work with a sim card, so you cannot upload contacts so the watch is therefore useless. It requires the QR code which isn't available on the watch. Response form the scammers "n terms of a refund, your product must be in the same condition that you had received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Otherwise you will not be granted a full refund. Please also note we do not provide return labels and you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping cost for your product"

I purchased the watch back in October 22 but never did anything with it as it was a christmas gift.

AVOID - I noticed the site is now down. Thank god other people won't be scammed.

sold a defective product and then they refuse to communicate. i would avoide at all costs as this company are pure scammers and you will lose your money.

would give them minus 2 stars if at all possible
