I would give 0 stars if i could i ordered a smart watch for my daughters christmas present they took the money out of my bank i haven’t received any watch , i did not receive a conformation email or dispatch email after reading these reviews i believe this company is scamming people avoid at all costs. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank hoping i will receive my money back

Don't but from this company. I bought two watches for my grandsons, neither held the time and one strap broke and 1 day. No reply to my emails regarding a return and refund. I now need to explore options with my bank.

Junk. Avoid. Strap fits an adult - not a child. Charger doesn’t attach. QR code (for the app to support installation) takes you to a Google search result for “My name is Kamalpreet”.

Read this before buying!!!!!!
I saw this watch for my daughter for her new school year and thought it was such a bargain. I read the reviews on the website (which, I see now are obviously fake/have been paid to do it) and thought that checked out so I bought it. After I bought it, I read the reviews on Trustpilot and tried to refund it but there was no response. I sent two emails, but they still didn’t answer. When it arrived, it was USELESS. The charger didn’t work, so it didn’t charge and couldn’t do anything. Again, I tried emailing them but no response. Four weeks on and still no response!!! 20 pounds wasted on this stupid device!!! This company should be shut down for scamming people like this. I can’t believe this has been allowed to carry on. IF I COULD I WOULD RATE THIS ZERO!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would.
No proper instructions for the Sonic Activity Tracker.
It looks the part but does not function.
I looked up the company on Companies House and they have gone bust...'dissolved' in 2019.

Wish there was a 0 star review! Tried to cancel order before it was dispatched, ignored. Watch arrived, trying to return, ignored!! Shocking service!!!

The company is a complete scam do not buy. Tried to download the app to get the watch working and the QR code they provided went to a random web page which had nothing to do with watches. Looked the company ip in App Store and nothing it doesn’t exist. Tried contacting the company for an explanation or a refund and never heard anything back.

These scammers sell items which are nothing like they claim to be. Faulty watches which don’t work. Paid £6 to return the watch and they won’t refund me. I wish I checked the reviews before buying. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY.

Watch didn’t sync and sim didn’t register, completely useless and usable. No customer support to my many emails. Luckily I managed to get a refund from my bank.

Really wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing!
Like other customers, I've received a watch that cannot perform the functions it was purchased to use.
The phone will not sync with the App (states the CID number is illegal) and the watch will not pick up the working SIM card.
I also noted that when putting in the some card the metal inside was bent and out of alignment, which probably explains why the watch insists the SIM card isn't working.

Have requested support from the only means of contacting the seller. Am not expecting that to be useful, given the experiences of other buyers.

Sent back faulty watch in November 23 ,still Waiting for refund. Trying to fob me off with excuses about their faulty payment system. Stay away from these scammers

I bought this for a Christmas present for my 7 year old. We couldn’t get the sim card to work so bought another one. Turns out the watch does not work at all. There is no QR code to sync to the app as per instructions. Can’t register the watch or get anything to work. No response at all to emails. Yet they are still selling them! Absolute went of money and time.

Wishing I could give less than 1 star for thid utter piece of trash!! Bought for xmas for my very excited son but every single sim card we have tried did not work. At all. Emailed the sham company back in December and have only just received a response today. I asked to return the item for a full refund, however, I need to return it at my own expense, in all original packaging in brand spanking new condition. So not even guaranteed a refund as the box has been laying around for months now! This company is a scam and I wish i had read the reviews first. This is my first ever review of something but felt I needed to warn people about how awful this "company" is!

I purchased one watch to my son for Christmas. Doesn't working because missing the registration number,I already sendt 4 emails for them but no answer! Horrible and shocking! DON'T BUY NOTHING FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE!

Difficult to figure out which app is compatible as doesn't tell you in the instructions or on the website (it's the fitpro app) but once you figure that out and connect it can change backgrounds, use app tracking etc. Not sure how accurate step count etc is but son is happy enough.

Do not buy this product. It doesn't work; you can't link it to the app as suggested; it's a complete scam.

Be careful before buying. No free return. Response from the customer service team is really frustrating. Will never buy anything from this supplier in future.

Don't buy into the hype on their website – it's all a scam. Thousands of 5-star reviews for each watch? The so-called UK #1 kids' smartwatch since 2018? Bestseller? It's all fake. I wish I could call them out on watchdog or something to warn others.

And let's talk about the watch itself – the quality is trash. You can get something similar on eBay for way less. Their customer service? A total joke. Just a heads up!

I paid the money and never received the watch. I have contacted them on their online form 4 times but no single response. There is no contact number on their website. Absolutely scam! Please avoid.
