Can you rate in minus numbers. I received a badly constructed bed, they said I could return it for a refund. I returned the bed and I’ve yet to receive a refund.

FRAUDSTERS - STEER CLEAR.
I spent £500 on a bed for my son back in Feb. After chasing and chasing I got one measly box delivered in April with no sign of anything else. Have called, sent emails, keep speaking to ‘George’ whose only answer is to send in an email. Have sent numerous emails and get little to no reply palming me off saying the delivery is on its way. 8 months laters and I have NO BED and am £500 out of pocket.
I have contacts at ITV who are very interested in this ‘scam company’ so hopefully some light can be shed on these people to avoid this happening to anyone else.

Please don’t buy anything from this website. I paid good money for a bed that never arrived. I sent multiple emails and text messages and I never received any communication from the company. Reading the reviews it’s shocking how this site hasn’t been shut down.
I put a dispute claim in via NatWest and I’m so thankful that they have refunded my money.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Ordered from them over two months ago, chased our order via email - no response, messaged them on their social media - no response. The phone number on their website doesn’t work.
We paid for a product which we never received.
Now, I have seen adverts for the same bed under a different company, I assume they have changed their company’s name or created another one to scam more people.
Avoid! They won’t refund you or send you the purchased product!

Wish I had read these reviews beforehand, this whole website really seems like a scam. So many bad reviews on payments taken and no goods received. There is no telephone number that works and impossible to get hold of anyone via email or contact form. If anyone has a number or email that works, please can you share this information. I am so worried that I have lost my money!

Do not order!
I received the wrong order and after waiting several months for the correct order, I decided to cancel the order. I haveonly recieved a partial refund and now they will not respond to emails or unable to help apparently when I phone customer services. Do not use!

Absolute worst company and people!! Ordered bed in May and STILL not arrived!! Disputed with credit card company and the bed company said they will accept the dispute and allow a refund and now they have rejected the dispute so my money has been taken again! Something needs to be done to this company and taken off from trading.
Missing parts and avoidance of contact
1 star is too many.
My bed arrived with the drawers missing and a safety bar missing. The company told me they would ship the drawers and would be delivered by the 16th August. The drawers never arrived and they have ignored my emails since, the phones don't ring. I have asked for their complaints procedure which has been ignored and I have sent numerous emails to them to try and resolve however I am being completely ignored. Do not go anywhere near this company. I now have an incomplete bed which I have paid a good sum of money for.

We placed an order for a Bosse double floor bed on 4th August with the website stating 7-21 days for delivery. We waited until it had been 20 days since the order was placed then contacted Kiddirooms via email and the contact us page on their website asking for an expected delivery date . No reply to either. I then waited until after the bank holiday (giving the benefit of the doubt) I email again no reply . I then used the contact us page again. No reply. I tried calling but it just rang.
The level of communication from the customer service is terrible. I wish I’d read the reviews and spent my money on a more trusted company.
I have tried contacting them again today via instagram and still waiting. We purchased this bed for our daughter who has a disability and the website made it seem so good. We just want to know when it will be delivered. Quick to take peoples money but not quick to reply to any sort of communication.
Terrible customer service, delayed delivery and no instructions
We ordered a Lasse Scandinavian Wooden Kids Bed. The delivery was delayed by weeks. When it did arrive, there was no instruction manual. There is supposedly supposed to be a QR code on the box, but there was none. We emailed multiple times every few days for the past couple of weeks and customer service never responded. We have been unable to build the bed for a couple of weeks and the material is just taking up space and is a hazard for our toddler. The experience has been terrible.
Horrible company
We had a horrible experience with Kiddirooms. We ordered a kid's bed, with no communication about shipping times for weeks. Finally, after multiples emails from me, they said they were working on improving their customer service and my shipment would be sent soon. It was sent a few weeks later with no advanced notice. It arrived with no instructions and we have no way to assemble the bed. I have sent countless emails requesting instructions or to give me the option to return it and have recieved nothing in response. Don't waste your money here.
Don't order with them
Initially we were very happy with this company, fast customer service , very happy with the quality of the bed as well ( i still stand with ths quality because this is the only thing this company got right). Now, we have also ordered a set of drawers to come with the bed , however we have never received the hardware to assemble them . We have been chasing for 5 months already , with no resolution or refund for the drawers.
AVOID at all costs
AVOID at all costs. After reading reviews I have cancelled my order right away. Instead of 264£ I got 26.40£ and they haven't responded to my emails since. I have contacted my bank and will try to make a claim under section 75. I wish I would have read reviews first.
