I ordered a custom shade sail

I ordered a custom shade sail with a curtain sewn to one side. I love ❤️ it! I wasn't exactly sure how well it was going to work, but it has exceeded my expectations. I get shade plus privacy in a beautiful open shelter from sun and rain. It seems to be very strong material, but because we get hurricane winds in Florida I set it up to easily put up and take down when the storms come.

This Outdoor Curtain Works Well

The outdoor curtain I ordered is good quality, and I expect it will hold up well. It does a great job of blocking the light.

One minor item -- it was advertised as a weighted curtain, and it is, but not in the way I envisioned. I thought there would be weights built into the bottom of the curtain. Instead, there are small bags you fill with weight and attach to the bottom of the curtain. That works just fine -- maybe even better than what I envisioned.

Read before you click "BUY"

For people looking to purchase product from KGORGE, read reviews before making this mistake. The product I ordered was 24x24 Outdoor Waterproof Sun Shade worth $240. After I made my purchase no confirmation email was provided until I reached out to them (over one week later) only to find out my order will get shipped out within 24hr and tracking number will be provided. Since that never happened, I asked KGORGE costumer service to cancel my order. 24hr later I was informed that my order was shipped. No idea why since I canceled the order. Anyways, I asked KGORGE to provide me return address so I can send back the product, instead I was offered $20 refund and advised to sell the product to someone I know. What these professionals didn’t notice is that I purchased the product using PAY-PAY and after I started a dispute, they immediately sent me return shipping address. Finally, a week later PAY-PAL after reviewing the case refunded my money and of course KGORGE sent me an email same day stating they refunded the money (BS) Sidenote: based on the web site the company is based in Texas but the package was sent from Beijing China. Wish they would add this small detail on the website. Regardless, interesting experience I want to share with all future KGORGE buyers.

This is a great product

This is a great product. The reason I say this is because it is sturdy. It is not some cheaply made product it is solidly constructed, which means that it should last for awhile compared to the tarps I had up there before which only lasted a short time before it started to rip

Be aware!

I ordered over $1000 worth of products and paid for expedited shipping. Half of my order arrived but it says that the whole order was delivered. It wasn't. We don't have any of the drapes, only the hardware.

I've called multiple times - no answer. I've emailed multiple times - no answer. I've used the chat feature-ended the chat when no one came on after 10 minutes. Apparently they responded later after I'd given up with a brief 'how can we help' and then emailed me a screen shot of their response. But then they never responded again after I followed up.

I strongly suggest not ordering from this company. They do not have it together. No customer service, no response.
I have started a dispute with my credit card company.
Save yourself a headache - order somewhere else.

Edit: The company reached out to resolve the issue and the curtains arrived 4 days later but they were 2 shades darker than I ordered ( I purchased the sample before I ordered so I could see the color in person before ordering). I decided to keep them because, even though they are much darker than expected, they will still work, but it’s not ideal and most people would not be ok with this color change. Something to be aware of.
The quality of the curtains seems good for the price however so I will give them an extra star for that.

I have called 4 times no answer

I have called 4 times no answer. I have emailed 2 times no answer. I have done the live chat and they say they will get back to me no one does. This is a terrible website my order was over $1,000 and I paid for expedited ship because needed it for a opening of a restaurant but e still do not have it and I can not get in touch with anyone. I am not happy at all and I plan to let everyone know my experience. MY order number is 21021 if you could look it up and get some type of answers its been 3 weeks now.

Buyer beware

Their curtains were not completely blackout so I tried to return them. They emailed back and forth for over a week and kept putting me off. I now have to dispute through my credit card. You have been warned.

7/4/23 Update: After a very extended email convo where they offered $15 back out of $184 to “save me money” due to the cost of returning the items on my own dime ($55 is what it came to), they also threatened that the items must be inspected closely to make sure they can be returned. Two of the packages were never opened, and the ones that were, one was immediately put back while the other was hung up briefly, found faulty, then folded neatly back. I’m waiting to see what they do for the refund. It better be the whole amount. Again, if you want ease of returning and assurance of getting your money back, this is not the purchase for you.

SCAM!!!! Ordered $60 in fabric swatch samples…

Ordered $60 in fabric swatch samples over two weeks ago. Never received order. Called customer service and was given an excuse of shipping issue and was asked to "be patient" and my order will be expedited. After being patient, still no order or communication. Now when I call number provided, the call rings once and hangs up! This is a scam company! I'm glad I didn't actually try to buy the $600 outdoor curtains I ordered the samples for! Beware! Use Amazon instead.

Custom curtains - great quality and fast turnaround

I ordered several large custom outdoor curtains for my patio (14 ft by 8 ft). Kgorge was one of of the few companies I could find that could produce curtains in the size I needed. My order shipped much faster than I was expecting. I received my order in less than 2 weeks after placing the order which I thought was very impressive given the fact they were custom made. The curtains are very good quality. I have some similar, but smaller curtains, from Pottery Barn and the quality is nearly identical. I ordered my curtains with the loops at the bottom along with the weight bags to keep the curtains from blowing so much in the wind.
I would definitely recommend Kgorge if you need outdoor and/or custom curtains and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

DO NOT BUY! Kgorge is not a reputable company. They made a mistake on the order, and sent something different than ordered. Extremely poor customer service, and would not rectify the issue. Never buy from Kgorge, you will lose your money. I wish I could put 0 stars.

SCAM company. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered a sun shade on May 18th. With no information about shipping except that it is “free” I assumed it would be a week or two before arriving. After two weeks I reached out to them via email. They responded with “it’s been busy so it will take a while to arrive”. I asked for tracking info and a delivery company, with no response. It is now June 14th and still no response. After three weeks I sent another email demanding my product or a refund, and they asked for a few more days. Still with no defined shipping info. SCAM. I’m going to buy another sun shade and if the one from KGORGE comes, I’ll be surprised.

I actually ordered the wrong color

I actually ordered the wrong color, my mistake but was told to keep them "cuz" it was too difficult to return them. Really? There is no return policy. I admitted my error and just want to exchange them, but apparently that's not their policy. Not at all satisfied and will let others know not to order from KGeorge.
