Easy Ordering Process, Not so secure!
I ordered a key online for my apartment door and got sent the keys to someone else's apartment. I had to call another locksmith to change my locks as i do not trust this company anymore, if i can get my neighbors keys so easily what's stopping them? I also called the locksmith as an undercover customer and asked for their key prices for the restricted key, they charge $33.50 with shipping, Keyzee charges well over $100!!

We have no record of you placing an order with us in our system. We have requested you to provide information regarding this order via trustpilot and you haven't provided any. Therefore we believe that this review is not genuine.
Our warehouse team double check every key code before it's sent to any customer to ensure the highest standards of security. and have not had any occurence like you have put in this review to date.
The cost of a key on our platform varies depending on the fees charged by the Owners Corporation Manager which are pre-agreed to by your Owners Corporation. If you have any issues with the charges please raise it through those channels.

Excellent Service
I urgently needed a new remote for the gate at our building. This has been outsourced to Keyzee. I explained I couldn’t get in or out with my faulty device, Mason did everything he could to ensure that I could pick a new one within a couple of hours. Excellent service and I am very grateful.

The order took really long time to process. I was bit frustrated but can't totally complain Keyzee though as there were few parties involved. Thank Mason for showing his care to the customers and giving the order a final push. Really apricated your help.

Keys arrived at last.
The time from ordering to receipt of keys was 8 working days - was a long wait
Also the keys were not sent as registered mail as stated by the Keyzee staff member.
