Horrible customer support experience
Horrible customer support experience. Not just me but the people I referred to had similar issue. My agent was Husayn. Avoid at all cost. Asked for estimated delivery time and didn’t reply properly. Still said its my problem for not reading properly and also told me to behave in chat just cause I asked for the third time wtf processing mean since they aren’t answering me. Took 23 days instead of 3-5 days. Had issue with document submission twice. Second time they didnt even email me and made me just wait till I have to check on the website myself to realise. So time was even more delayed. Overall really bad attitude and experience. Super frustrated and insulted. Just apply evisa yourself from the official site its cheaper and you won’t have to deal with shitty customer service + website experience.

AVOID THIS SERVICE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE: Very unprofessional. We made payment via PayPal & they didn’t get back to us anything until we contacted them via Live Chat. They mentioned that they updated their finance team & will get back to us in 2-4 hours but failed to do so. So I contacted them back after two weeks but they replied very rudely & told us that we need to wait for another 2-4 hrs. The email they sent us was very rude as well. Please AVOID THEIR SERVICE AT ALL COST.

Dangerous and fraudulent company
Dangerous and fraudulent company. You would NEVER get a Visa from them. I don’t know how they were able to get so many amazing reviews here. I have contacted Trustpilot to investigate.
Not getting a Visa would be the least of your problems… their application would prevent you from filing again yourself or with another agency.
I almost lost my mind with frustration, ALL my friends got their Visa in 24 hrs. And a week later this guy was telling me there’s nothing he can do (it’s just one guy pretending to be several people), and refusing to remove the application.
It was until I contacted the Malaysian Embassy directly, they were able to reject KeyMalaysia application and issue me the Visa directly, in less than 24hrs.
I am now in Malaysia, in the process and contacting relevant agencies to stop this person.

A fraud and theft of my money and time
A fraud and theft of my money and time by this company. I specifically asked Adrian if he can assist with Refrence Based Visa, which he said he can if i apply through his website. Later, when i applied and paid the fees, he refused to accept that he agreed to assist with reference based visa, I asked him to retrive the chat we had and see it, but he said he doesn't want to. He refused to refund me the fees too.

Paid twice for the service
Paid twice for the service. Second one was an urgent service. Travel date is in 2 days and nothing . At the verge of losing flight expense. I expected the urgent service to be fast tracked but nothing. No response to emails and chat anymore. Ended up cancelling the trip. Wasted time and money
