Avoid renting property from Jayne Rawlinson. I rented an unfurnished property for 2 years and 10 months, always paying my rent on time. However when I informed her of my departure and inquired about my 300 deposit. I never received it back. She takes advantage of hardworking individuals, particularly international migrants who will not be familiar with local laws. I strongly advise against buying or renting property from this agent.

Jane at Christopher Rawlinson is very helpful her staff were very punctual at the time of viewing Jane helped out in some difficult situations and always there for you I am very impressed with their services and recommend to anyone

If you do not agree with Jayne’s demands they will try and push you out of the property.

They are very deceptive and do not follow the law. Jayne is unprofessional and passive aggressive if she thinks that you’re a threat.

They also become unresponsive as a way to silence you.

Our experience of renting a house with Christopher Rawilson has been amazing, as each team member was very supportive & friendly. In 3 years of renting we had a very few issues but they were fixed immediately, which made our living smooth.

This is a wonderful estate agents , I had some difficulty with my rental property and Jane out of goodness, gave me the best snd sound advice on how to resolve matters with the estate agents who were taking my money and not managing or doing anything to warrant the extortionate fees they were charging!

I bought my first property in 1996 from Mr Rawlinson and use the companies services today. I now live abroad and the company mange my property portfolio. This includes buying, selling and managing. I trust them implicitly and would not consider doing business with any other agent in the area. I highly recommend them anyone needing estate agency services.

I highly recommend Christopher Rawlinson who were our letting agents in the 5 years we lived in Harrow. They were very professional and all issues were looked into and resolved immediately.
