Excellent service from KHS from start to finish. Very knowledgable and helpful with choosing the right stove and installation was carried out quickly and without making any mess. Would definitely recommend using KHS.

Could not fault the KHS team. The installation was not without its difficulties in our old property, especially with two big old chimney pots to replace on a day with high winds and rain. Gary, Sam and Jason could not have been more caring, positive and energetic in their approach to the job.
We highly recommend them.

Within 4 weeks of ordering our wood burner we were cosy in front of it. Very quick efficient service with excellent advice on legal and technical elements of using a wood burner. The fitting was carried out with skill and attention to cleanliness. We are delighted and would definitely recommend. 5 stars.

Fantastic job completed from a great team. Lucy and Sam advised what we needed and guided us through the process of which would be the best log burner for our room. Gary and Jason were organised, clean, tidy and installed our log burner with a lesson of how to best light the fire. The third fire KHS has fitted for our family. Excellent job and highly recommend.

Fantastic, friendly and professional service from start to finish. Sam and Lucy were very helpful, providing the quote and organising the sale and install. Gary and Jason did a fantastic job with the installation (and clean up!). Sam had to drop off some extra kit that was needed on the day and even mucked in for an hour while he was here - what a team!

Our experience with KHS could not have been better. They excelled in every respect. From communication to cleanliness. Everyone of them that we dealt with were polite and professional. The end result is exceeding our expectations.

The whole process was very easy - we called into the showroom and received thorough explanations of the options available, then a site visit with same friendly, professional approach. The guys who installed were on time, careful to clear away mess, cheerful and thorough and we're pleased with the finished result.

KHS were very flexible & provided us with good advice throughout the whole buying process. Initially they advised us of some extra work needed around our chimney before they installed the burner and then they advised us on the size of the burner needed, and were willing to be flexible when we were unsure whether what they had installed was big enough.
They were very responsive to our many questions (via email and when here in person) and all of the staff were very helpful & polite, with those who came to our house going above & beyond to ensure that it was clear & tidy when they had finished.
All in all they really guided us through the process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install a log burner in their house.

Great service from start to finish. Sam and Lucy in the office were very helpful when I dropped in to browse, this was followed up quickly by a home visit to further discuss options. The installation team Joe & Jason were punctual and friendly and made every effort to minimise the mess and talked me through job and the fire settings once installed.

Cannot recommend Sam and his team highly enough! From start to finish they were professional, answering every question we had. On the day, Jason and Joe were nothing short of fantastic. Nothing was a problem, making sure we were always informed and even cleaner than when I Hoover (according to my husband!) A 5 star team!
