Danny was very thorough and personable. I found exactly what I wanted and can’t wait until we get it. It was such a pleasure to deal with Danny and the store manager. I had gotten rid of my old furniture but was having trouble finding what I liked. It was such a relief to find what I was looking for and everyone at Kensington has been so nice and helpful.

Lisset was a great salesperson and she helped us match the table with kitchen chairs. She was very patient with us

Yolanda has only been with the company for five months and she did a fantastic job. At the end she brought in her boss Kevin, who is equally wonderful. we ran some of our ideas by him. He also took the time and walked around with us. They made the process very easy.

Both the Manager and Sales associate were, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. It was like a visit to the home of a friend.

Great sales experience, but I need a Certificate of Insurance completed prior to moving the furniture into my apartment building. Without it, they will not allow the furniture into the building. Moving day is Weds, 04/22/26, and today is Mon, 04/20/26. I still do not have the Certificate...

Yolanda made my experience delightful. She has the patience of a saint. No question I asked was blown off and I know I ask the same question many times. She was just a pleasure to work with. I look forward to returning and picking more pieces out with her.

I was happy with the sales lady but I didn’t know I had to pay for my old bed to be taken out if I didn’t have health issues I would have dispose it myself but it’s worth having to pay to make it easier on me a 73 years old senior citizen I can’t wait for the bed to be delivered it should make my back feel better

Visiting Kensington furniture was a great experience. We were greeted and serviced by an outstanding sales manager. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the choosing of a mattress. He listened and paid attention to detail when responding to our needs. He was outstanding.
