As always, a very friendly company to deal with, from phone calls to the store to the delivery driver, who was incredibly patient last week and couldn’t make delivery due to someone’s car in the way. But instead of just going he rang me and said he’d go make another delivery whilst I made my way home, and he went off to make the other delivery and came back so I could attempt to have cars moved, then he was super friendly and considering the appalling weather, still smiling!! Well done and thank you!!

Excellent service with excellent product at a reasonable price.

We ordered some budget fencing and a couple of the panels had to be repaired as some of it had come apart.
The water butt lid was very hard to remove as the lid was slightly distorted. And then tried locking it on again but the screw bit broke. We can secure it down by other means when installed under the drainpipe.

Made to measure deck arrived on time, customer service was very helpful when I had a query. Would be 5* but the decking planks were not identical lengths and some were a bit distorted, making fitting a bit awkward.

Satisfied with the purchase overall. The only issue i had was that I was given the wrong date for delivery
