Purchased previously without a problem. Same can't be said for my latest order. 3 weeks, allegedly shipped but not received?? Poor customer service, no resolution. Very upset customer.

We started by brewing ourselves and loved it so much we wanted to create a business where we could help out others who share our passion! We made wort chillers in our garage and eventually developed a quality technique that ensures a consistent brand standard for our wort chillers. Recently we have adapted to offer fully custom designs, sizes, and dimensions. We then stocked Cornelius kegs and have added them to our website! After our initial success, we wanted to grow into a brand. We have since started to build our product base and will soon be your one-stop brewing store. Currently, we are a small, family business so we have a lot of time on our hands! This means we can focus on you.. send us an email at any time of the day and we will respond within minutes! A real personal experience with…

A real personal experience with excellent prices and speedy delivery.
Ben has some good stock which i will be keeping my eye on and will be buying from again.
Communication is key in today's businesses and Ben responds to every message immediately.
