Quality shoes, excellent customer service.
Keen UK basically runs as an online shop, I own a few different style of Keen shoes, and their size is fairly consistent, so no issue for me to order online once I know which size I’m looking for. And even the size or style weren’t quite as expected, the return is easy, responsive customer services is a plus.

Seemed to be very good at first - competitive price and sturdy build - but soon the heels wore down and I felt unbalanced. My previous Ecco sandals went on for three years but the Keens have deteriorated within six months. I won’t be buying another pair.

The service I received from Keen was excellent. Unfortunately the boots I bought weren't for me, but Keen sent me a pre-paid label & gave me a full refund, their service (from my experience) is second to none.

Great boots which I can wear straight away with no 'breaking in' Yes, they are expensive, but worth it. I need a wide fit and whilst the Targhee comes in a wide fitting, it's not easy to find on the web site.

I love the grip of Keen shoes. My feet slip off my wheelchair footrest every time, but I have 2 pairs of Keen shoes now exclusively for going out in my chair, so my feet stay put!

Fantastic service- really appreciate free shipping as took me a while to find the right walking boot/ shoe (issues with 1 foot) so had to send a few pairs back to get right width and length. Love my new boots.

Very good footwear. I have Achilles Tendinopathy and the sandals (Astoria west) and trainers (jasper zionic) are both very comfortable when I tried them on.
I have walked a few miles already in the sandals which is fantastic as my mobility is restricted in most of my other trainers/boots/sandals.

The shoes, as always, are comfortabl and roomy with really strong soles. I chose some hiking trainers, which are light yet waterproof, with strond soles and good support and also with plenty of room for the toes.
