Good value packages and easy to use web pages

Matt &Jake arrived early in the time window which was appreciated, clean and tidy with conscientious approach to tidying up afterwards, I didn’t need to request shoes off.
The only way I could have scored higher was if the company could have arranged a quicker appointment.

Neither my wife and i are tech savvy so wasn't sure how to arrange broadband and streaming t.v channels. Simon,was in our area and gave us some info and explained how easy it was to set up. We where going away on holiday and we asked if he could call back on our return which he did. He organised everything over the telephone with kcom,he was extremely patient and polite and explained everything in easy to understand language. We knew we where in safe hands and so far are happy with our choices. The person on the telephone was also very proffesional and had a great telephone manner making the whole process very relaxed and easy to understand the t&c's.All in all a positive experience,and very pleased we joined up.

Installation was quick and efficient performed by 2 experienced and well mannered engineers. The internet speed surpassed all expectations and it is superb.

I am moving back to Hull and therefore a return customer to kcom, was always happy with the service and contact ability

Got a call following my online enquiry and after explaining the full procedure, costs etc, I was able to make a decision to switch to Kcom

The two gentlemen who came to do our internet were very good did a great job very respectful left it all clean as they found it excellent highly recommend Mrs s trilk there names were Ellis and Blake

I have been a customer with kcom for around 30 years when it used to belong to hull city council i believe then kcom took overI closed my account on the 30 mar but contacted kcom 2 weeks before that date. As I left the uk,now trying to get bill sorted out it's just a joke they can't cancel the bill because it's been generated 2 weeks before now have to wait another 2 weeks before it sorted
No wonder customers are leaving contacted them 4 times and each time a different answer now been told it would be sorted by Monday just don't kmow why thy cannot cancel the bill but it takes around 3 to 4 weeks to sort never heard anything like it awaiting a refund which takes an other 14 days so total it could take 6 weeks or more for your account to be sorted be cause everything is automated and humans cannot do anything to input details or cancel its 2026 not the stoneage

Had kcom installed today and everything went really well . One of yhe blokes was sooo helpful helped me with the app and everything. Would really recommend
