My experience with Quickline up to today has been god awful to be fair. Getting to the install stage of things has been nothing short of a chew and the onboarding team hasn’t been great. But in fairness, Nathan. M who completed my install was first class today. Really polite, ever so respectful and very professional. He’s a credit to your company and you’re very lucky to have him.

The process from my original enquiry through to the installation (completed yesterday) has been smooth & stress free. There were some issues prior to installation but these were down to external property logistics & external forces outside of Quickline's control (scaffolding on neighbour's property & inability to carry out external prep work for the install).
Karl H carried out the installation yesterday and despite a few access issues (my house is being renovated) he made sure he did all the required checks and then did a thoroughly professional job. Nice guy as well who explained each step as he was going along). Having suffered with useless previous internet providers in the past (PlusNet/TalkTalk) I can honestly say these guys are a cut above so far, I just hope they maintain these levels so I have no reason to move in the future!

Really great service. Engineer (Liam Freear) came on time and was very efficient at installing new router and boosters. He was very friendly and helpful. Whilst here I called up quickline as I was on an old package and managed to save £5pm too.
Internet installation Review
I had my internet installed today, the engineer arrived on time and was very professional.Dave B. clearly explained what work was to be done and I was happy were everything was going. He walked me through the basics including how to reset the router. I would definitely recommend them

Top service and installation!
Called Quickline on Friday. On Monday morning a team of 3 guys turned up and did all the external work. Nothing was too much for them, and they discussed each step with me as there were some decisions to be made and alot of details. Carl H, Kyle A, Jack PG were the A team today. It's got to be said that Virgin have been stringing me along for well over 2 months, not listening to me, not noting my requirements correctly on the calls, getting things wrong (no wayleave required!) being very very frustrating, and bothering my neighbours with unnecessary and vague wayleave agreements (that sign over broad and far-reaching rights to Virgin without saying what they actually want to do!) and these Quickline guys turn up the next working day and sort it. All detected, dug, pulled, fixed, made good and tidied to a high standard without bothering the neighbours. Happy customer (and happy neighbours!)

Brandon potter did an amazing job
Brandon potter did an amazing job, he found the problem being a bad crimp on the cable to the POE brick, this resolved the issue and we are back up to full speeds - credit to the company

After months of waiting and fruitless phone calls we finally got sorted.
The salesman (Mark) who called round was really helpful and got things moving.
The lads who pulled the cable in were quick and efficient.
Paul G, who came to connect us up was friendly and sorted the best places for our mesh repeaters.
The system is working fine.
The 5 star review is for Mark, the cable pullers and Paul G.
The service up until then didn't even merit 1 star.
