Matt & Jake arrived early. Installed fibre across the garden and drive with no problems. Left everything very tidy. Set up the router and demonstrated the app. Very friendly and efficient.

Matt and Jake worked very efficiently in connecting my internet left everything neat and tidy where they laid the cable and left everything clean and tidy with the in-house installation.

What a great experience from start to finish Engineers did a great install shown how to use speed tested was what they said it would and with no mess.

Brilliant company based in hull and run by hull people who understand the problem s what happens and sort things out easily and treat every customer with the same courteous and respect as though it was there first

They explained the app to me and installed the router neatly. Couldn’t recommend them both enough. They weren’t in a rush to go home and took time to ensure they did the job right. 10/10 service. Both are a credit to Kcom.

I never have to waste time listening to a robot, as if one could solve a complex fault ? Every time I have a problem, mainly due to a lack of understanding, the assistance you get is done by a human that is always willing to help to solve any problem, first time every time. You are never taken for an idiot,treated with respect every time and are a delight to deal with.

Customer Service is absolutely shocking.

Just moved back to KCOM at the beginning of April for both broadband and landline and wish I hadn’t.

The landline still doesn’t work after four weeks, despite calling customer services each week. Every time I speak to someone they apologise and assure me something will be done to resolve the issue and then another week comes round and still no landline. The last call I made I stressed how important the landline was, as I needed it for elderly parents to contact us, so they said they would escalate the issue and that was 8 days ago and still nothing.

Very sad a local company has been reduced to this.
