Great experience
Great experience. Did our PCR tests at Nuffield health centre at 3pm and were expecting our results before midnight the following day. We had the results back quickly and efficiently within 3 hours of having them done! So pleased with the speedy service.

Delay
Actually, we purchase a 3 hours rapid PCR test. However, we got the report 4 hours after we did the test. Luckily we reserve more time before the flight.

Lab staff did excellent job – registration confusing
Lab staff did excellent job – "4-hour" test completed in under two hours.
Registration process was confusing – having registered once, there was an instruction buried in a very long "confirmation" email to register for a second time.
I turned up at the centre unaware of that requirement, and had lost my camera phone. Fortunately, the receptionist was very understanding and completed the second registration on his computer, and waved me through.

NO REFUND
THEY NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR REFUND BACK! I cancelled the booking a week in advance, I have rung them 20 times, I have sent them 10 emails. No one replied.
I asked for the refund and I am just ghosted. This is very unprofessional, it’s like they would never give you a refund.

It was not our intention to delay this process for you, however, I can see that one of our customer service representatives replied to your email on the same day to provide further information. We are sorry that you were not able to see our response but we will follow up with your most recent email with the same information.
The refund has been issued to you, and the email advises to allow 5-10 business days for this amount to reflect back into your account.

Excellent service
Excellent service! Really friendly staff, who were helpful and accommodating. We were put at ease, the test was quick and we got results emailed within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

I am really grateful to Katalyst Health for bailing me out. I got turned back from my flight because I did not present a covid test certificate. I needed one to present the following day. I almost missed the flight again. Thank goodness Katalyst did it for me same day at a really affordable price.
