Damaged Jewellery Box
One of the jewellery boxes arrived with a damaged press stud, however after contacting the office because of a previous purchase that was faulty. I received an apology and immediately dispatched a new box.
The service is great just need to improve on the quality of the product.

Absolutely wonderful company. Extremely helpful with top quality products. Their premium jewellery boxes are excellent. Their printing is very clear. I can't fault them. I would recommend them to all jewellers.
