We’re sorry to hear that the pillow wasn’t the right fit for you. Comfort can be very personal, and what works well for some customers may not suit everyone.

The pillow has received a high number of 5-star reviews from previous customers and was also independently tested and awarded Best Buy by Which?, which we’re very proud of. That said, we fully understand that individual preferences vary.
