Do not buy from Kaegreel. can’t believe I fell for their persistent ads. Boots are uncomfortable. Takes multiple emails to get a return address. And it’s in China. They keep trying to tempt you to keep them with small, increasing refunds and discount on replacement. Total scam.

The quality of the product was extremely poor. Flimsy material, poor fit, and just felt cheap.
Have requested a refund, but judging from online reviews it appears they make it virtually impossible.

Shoes never showed up and Kaegreel is refusing to refund any of my order... if anything, they've been playing games with me over email for the last week.

There was a mix-up with the shoe size being mislabeled, but Rizza, my customer rep, kept in touch with me the whole way through and helped sort things out in a way that worked well for both of us. Really appreciated the friendly and fair service.

First off the size was wrong and tag labeled “46” instead of normal sizing number. Big time run around via email on requesting an exchange. Person stated they would give a $7 refund and 20% off if I wanted to reorder them, however, this was after they suggested I give the shoes to someone who could wear them! I told them to give me a refund that I would not purchase another pair and was told I would have to cover return cost. They are scammers out of China, do not waste your money, go to a reputable site for shoes that generally always accept exchanges and refunds. They will never get another purchase from me I am assure you!

I bought a pair of bare feet shoes from Kaegreel. I ordered a size 13 and received a Size 11. Or size 45. Very very small. Cannot get my foot in the. So I email customer service and not email response. Just press catcpa and get run around so many times. Comment is constantly wrong match. Then the website closes and I start over again. I spent two hours trying to return these shoes. Never buy anything from them. Roy Bridgland

They blame you for shoes that don't fit and ask to send pictures. Wasting your time. Then I was offered 12 dollars and 20% off new order and keep the shoes and would that be satisfactory. Not. Most likely will never get my money from these crooks

Received Kaegreel snow boots that were very small, but did not have any sizing marked on the boots anywhere. Contacted them and they told me sizing was marked. Not so.
They offered me a $4 refund and 20% discount on another pair. I told them I wanted to return with a full refund. Not sure this will happen
This is AI generated response with basically NO customer service. Last email said they were extremely busy and may take a while for further response.
I should have known better. When there is no customer service phone # stay away.

I an still waiting for my order one month later. Now it has dissapeard from info about order. Dont trust this company. I really wanted those shoes. :(

sizing is way too small and reply to return request was laughable - multiple messages avoiding resolution . save your energy. this is a cheat-to-win chinese business.

Worst company in the world. Completely refuses to communicate after you give them your money. Sent me the wrong shoes but no way to return them. Stay away.

I requested exchange for wrong size on a Friday . I received an email on Monday offering me $4 and a 20% discount to keep the shoes. When I responded No thank you, the following day I received an email offering me $6 refund and a 25% discount, I responded no thank you and the following day received an email offering me $8 and a 30% discount and attaching a return form to complete that includes all of the information located within the email. There is no way I am purchasing another pair of shoes from this seller. Aside from the wrong size, the workmanship is shotty. They mirror a croc bottomed slipper, certainly not the recovery shoes they were marketed for.

If you want or need to return the shoes you receive, it will take several emails to arm wrestle a return address from Kaegreel. And the return address is in Guangzhou, China. The least expensive USPS rate is currently $32 for a 1 lb package. Good luck.

I bought a pair of kaegreel shoe along with an accessory. The shoes came in no time, but there was no paperwork or mention of the accessory in the package. I contacted support to ask about it and immediately received a standard response confirming they'd look into it. Not long after, Amy followed up with the tracking information and an explanation. Quick, clear communication and excellent service-couldn't be happier 😊

Couldn't wear the cheap boots because the zipper came right off. They claim i damaged it by not zipping it up correctly...what does that mean. This is a pathetic overseas company with cheap merchandise and even worse customer support. Don't buy from them

This is a scam company. Boot pair were two different sizes. Sent photos of inside length of both boots and KAEGREEL refuses to reimburse me. They give you a run around and try to deflect any resolution.

Avoid at all costs, this is a scam operation.
