My daughter and I wanted to do the nerdiest Japan trip but have never been. Kyoko and the Kabuk crew made it so easy and understood all our otaku requests. The trip ended up being well under budget and way less than I ever imagined it'd cost to take a trip to Japan. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

I cannot say enough about Kyoko and her team… The itinerary was done so beautifully and so meticulously. There were four of us traveling my husband and myself with our children in their 20s.All of my needs and expectations were met and exceeded…no detail was spared. They stayed within (under) the budget which I appreciate greatly. The star of the show is Kyoko… I don’t know if that woman sleeps. She would answer my phone call day or night to the largest and smallest of questions. She worked tirelessly to make everything right for my family and me…in real time. I have recommended this team to all my friends, and we will definitely travel with them back to Japan as soon as possible.

I've always booked my own travel through Expedia and never thought I'd need a concierge service, but Kabuk completely changed my mind. Not only were their prices better than what I would have paid booking independently, but the level of service was exceptional.
My travel agent was incredibly organized from start to finish. They proactively called the hotel ahead of time to confirm all my check-in details and offered to provide restaurant recommendations and make reservations for me several days before my arrival. This attention to detail gave me such peace of mind.
What really impressed me was when I fell ill during my trip. My agent went above and beyond by calling nearby clinics to find appointment times where I could drop in. That kind of care when you're sick in a foreign country is invaluable.
The entire experience was remarkably smooth, especially for someone used to handling everything solo. If you're planning a trip to Japan, I can't recommend Kabuk highly enough. I'll absolutely be using their services again for future travels.

Amazing from start to finish. I had on ground support in Japan and details on where to go and logistics. Flexible payment plans and also efficient and prompt response times.
I went back in August and was provided logistics for my entire trip before I even got there. Everything was planned out for me which is nice. Now I am getting a bit older /busier. It is nice to not have to plan everything on my own. Also, for the last night, Sekichan helped me make a reservation for a nice restaurant. Super thankful. Will be booking with them again for next year.
I was always scared to fly out to a country I always wanted to go but didn't know how to get started. Kabuk guided me through an itinerary, planned my hotels with amazing deals, and I had the best 10 days of my life in Japan!
