Flying with K9 Jets was amazing. Our dogs were right at our feet the entire trip, and the flight attendant went above and beyond to keep everyone comfortable. Email communication was a little inconsistent at first, but improved closer to the flight. Overall, worth every penny, don’t hesitate, just book it!

Simply put K9 Jets offers a brilliant service that does what it says on the tin.
In the fall of 2022, I contacted Adam Golder to arrange a shared charter that I had organized through Facebook. I found enough other people and pets traveling from Teterboro to London and back, and organized all their payments and answered their questions, etc. This literally took me months of almost daily work to achieve.
Now, with K9 Jets revolutionary approach, the same service is as simple as booking a seat online.
Often, the best businesses are those that have a straightforward, easy to understand business model. If you need to transport your pet and yourself across the Atlantic or elsewhere, there is no other company I'd recommend than K9 Jets.
Beyond the ease of use, the experience itself far surpasses any expectations. My only warning is it will spoil you for future travel!

Each and every staff member we spoke to from check in, to stepping off the plane was so incredibly kind and helpful. My two shepherds have never flown before so I was anticipating them to be nervous and yet they handled this flight like they’ve done it a million times. Can’t imagine traveling any other way after this experience!

It was even better than I expected. Highly recommend. I took the flight from London to Miami and from start to finish it’s a 5 star experience. It’s not just a service to travel with your pet, it’s truly a private jet experience. I simply won’t leave my dog at home or cage him with a dog sitting service, so if I’m going to Europe, my dog is coming with me and K9 jets makes it so easy. The FBO was stocked with gourmet snacks and drinks, they served a 3 course meal on the flight and had really high snacks on the plane. I think for the service you get, the price was extremely reasonable and im already looking at booking my next flight with them. 10/10

I cannot recommend K9 Jets highly enough! I was extremely anxious about flying with my German Shepherd, who is a very sensitive and easily stressed dog. From start to finish, Adam and his team went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible for both of us.

They were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we felt safe and had everything we needed. They were also always available to answer my many questions, which really set my mind at ease. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine compassion they showed gave me complete peace of mind. We had plenty of space to settle in comfortably with my dog, which made a world of difference for him.

What could have been a very stressful journey turned into the best travel experience we’ve ever had. K9 Jets truly understands how important our pets are to us, and they treat them with the same love and respect we do.

I’ve been traveling internationally with my pets for 4 years, and I can honestly say K9 Jets has been the most incredible experience of all. Traveling with both my dog and cat can feel overwhelming, but with K9 Jets, everything was effortless. Their care, attention to detail, and 10/10 service made the entire journey stress-free and gave me total peace of mind.

What stood out most is how thoughtful the team is — every question, every worry, every “what if” I had was already anticipated and taken care of. I felt supported every step of the way, and my pets were treated like family.

In August 2025, I booked a one-way flight with K9 JETS from London to New Jersey. Before booking, I advised them that I was awaiting the outcome of a U.S. immigration interview and might need to amend my plans. K9 JETS confirmed in writing that if needed, they would cancel my booking and hold the funds in escrow for a future flight.

When I later received written confirmation from U.S. Customs and Border Protection that I was legally required to enter via JFK or Newark — and not via Teterboro, where K9 JETS operates — I contacted them promptly to cancel.

They refused a refund, credit, or any assistance reselling the seat, despite:

Their prior written assurance of flexibility

My cancellation being legally unavoidable

Their precedent of issuing refunds in similar or even less severe cases

I contacted the company’s founder directly, twice. I received no reply — only automated pre-flight emails.

This was a deeply disappointing experience. Not just for the financial loss, but for the lack of courtesy or care in handling a reasonable, well-documented situation.

Be very cautious before trusting any verbal or written assurances. For context, I’ve also flown with Bark Airlines and can recommend their professionalism and customer service.

K9 Jets to the rescue!
I can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am for Adam and the K9 Jets team.
After a nightmare experience from beginning to bitter end with Bark Air, that ultimately ended in disaster, where their representative stopped responding in the 24 hours before our flight, and I still hadn’t received my approval from the USDA, I tried jumping ship to a K9 Jets flight that was leaving a few days later. The experience with Bark Air in the 6 week lead up was already inexcusably unbearable, so I started putting myself on the waitlist for every departing flight I could find with K9 Jets.
There appeared to still be a seat on a flight so I booked it, only to receive a call from Adam that unfortunately the carrier had selected a smaller plane and the seat was no longer available.
After explaining my situation, Adam was hugely sympathetic, even though I was flying with their competitor, and did everything imaginable to get our application approved in time for the flight.
Bark air never responded to my desperate emails and I never got a human being on the phone.
In the end we were unsuccessful because of USDA issues, and I had to return to London at my own expense, as my son was about to begin school.
Adam even called the next day to see if we had been successful and was clearly invested in our situation.
We were able to get a seat on a flight with K9 Jets about 12 days later, and Adam did everything possible to make sure we got our documents expedited, worked with us, our vet, and their contacts both in the U.S. and the UK, to make sure that Stella and I made it safely to our destination…the second time around.
I could not have been more pleased with their level of service, communication, and detailed information about the plane, the seating arrangements, and ultimately the outstanding class of service they were able to provide.
I’ve not felt this well taken care of in a long time, and K9 Jets has our undying loyalty from now on. I’ve been telling everyone who will listen that if you ever need to fly with your animals, K9 Jets is the way to go.
They offer far more services and information than Bark Air, like expedited documents service, you actually get a human on the phone when you call, and the flight information and service were all given well in advance.
Bark Air outsourced us from the beginning to representatives for whom English was not their first language, who couldn’t read or understand the rabies documents, and who left me so stressed in the 6 week lead up, I wasn’t sleeping and I lost several pounds.
I never got a human on the telephone once, and as I mentioned, the representative assigned to me after the initial disaster, stopped responding to me altogether on the day before flying, and rebooked me on a flight without my permission or knowledge.
Save yourself the unnecessary stress and worry at such an important time, and fly K9 Jets. But be sure to book well in advance as they are quite busy flying clients all over the world!
We look forward to flying K9 Jets again next summer and any other time we plan to travel with our beloved Stella!

The flight itself was fantastic and smooth, but it was the care for all the passengers and dogs before, during, and even after that made it extra special. Can’t speak highly enough about K9 Jets.

When relocating to the UK from Canada, it was unthinkable that I would put my pup in the hold of a plane. Thankfully, K9 Jets had recently started flying from Canada, which meant I could book a direct flight to the UK with my boy in the cabin, sitting next to me. Booking was effortless, though satisfying the Canadian government’s paperwork requirements was a bit more involved—we had a small hiccup with this, but K9 Jets went out of their way to resolve it. They also pre-approved all paperwork before takeoff, so I could travel with peace of mind and no fear of quarantine.

On arrival at the lounge, we received a lovely goody bag and had the chance to meet all the other pet paw-rents and fellow dog travellers. The flight itself was amazing, with so many other friendly pups onboard and even a couple of cats! The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. Winnie was initially excited but settled into the flight shortly after takeoff, sleeping for most of it while cradling his K9 Jets soft toy.

On landing in the UK, my partner was able to meet me right next to the plane on the tarmac, and we were promptly on our way to our new home. Thank you so much, K9 Jets, for getting us over safely for my wedding and our next chapter!

I flew on the July flight from New York to LA with a cat and a dog. Neither had any travel experience other than the vet for the most part so I was concerned. It all turned out fine. K9 staff did a great job of preparing us and working with our pets. On board the service was top of the line. I wish I could fly like that all the time.

Today I flew from Dublin to New York with K9 JETS and honestly, it couldn’t have been better.

For weeks beforehand they were always on hand to help and make sure everything was sorted, which took so much of the stress out of the move. When I arrived at the airport I was met with such a lovely welcome, the pre flight checks were spot on, and the crew were just fantastic from start to finish.

The flight was smooth, deboarding was a breeze, and we landed in NYC feeling relaxed and so well looked after.

We can’t wait to fly with them again. Huge thanks to the team for taking such good care of us as we emigrate.

Questions before purchasing the ticket were answered promptly and professionally. The journey itself was smooth and easy. My senior dog had zero issues and was calm for the entire trip - even take off and landing. The other dogs on the flight also seemed to be relaxed. If one is relocating I would strongly recommend booking a K9 flight rather than a cargo option.

K9 Jets stands alone as an exceptional service from start to finish. Upfront it might seem a total luxury but actually when one breaks down the costs the added security , peace of mind and door to door service it is in fact a priceless option when relocating ones pet.
Adam and Emma were nothing but superb to deal with. Even with a few unexpected curve balls that happened last minute ( no fault of K9 whatsoever ) things were dealt with in calm and positive manner.
My wife and our dog Frank were treated exceptionally well on their recent trip from Dubai to Milan ( 27-7-25) and we are all now enjoying the fresh air and rain in UK.

K9 Jets made a stressful move as least stressful as possible. Their staff could not have been better, so sweet, so kind and thoughtful to me and my Jimmy. The pilot even helped carry Jimmy (a 66lb black lab) up the stairs with me (Jimmy got a little nervous). Then it was all smooth sailing. The vendors K9 Jet recommended for the Health Certificate, paper work and airport pick up were truly the icing on the cake. Would recommend my whole experience over again.
