We've now flown a half dozen times on K-9 jets and I highly recommend them. Everyone is highly professional and they come through with what they promise.

"Jetting across the pond on a Gulfstream" sounds very glamorous. In fact, with a relatively small plane filled with dogs, cats and owners, it is not. But what it lacks in jet-set dreams (George and Amal were NOT on the plane), it more than makes up for by being safe, dependable and reliable.

January 29 Flight (Teterboro, NJ → Lisbon) My husband Alex recently flew with our 4‑year‑old Weimaraner, Umka, on a K9Jets flight from Teterboro on January 29, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. K9Jets was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful trip with a large dog feel simple and comfortable. Communication was smooth, clear, and always reassuring. The flight itself was pleasant and well‑organized. The food and snacks were plentiful and served throughout the journey, which made the experience feel very cared‑for. The plane was clean, warm, and comfortable, and the Wi‑Fi worked reliably the entire flight — a small detail that made a big difference. A special thank‑you to the flight attendant, who was wonderfully attentive, kind, and professional. She made sure both Alex and Umka were comfortable at every step, and we truly appreciated her excellent service. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our K9Jets experience. Traveling with a dog this size is never easy, but K9Jets made it feel effortless. We highly recommend their service and look forward to flying with them again

I had a great experience traveling with K9 from the US to London and then from London to Dubai. My dog was very comfortable throughout and slept for most of the flight, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

The booking process was smooth, and Emma made sure everything was handled clearly and efficiently. The entire staff was friendly and supportive, and I especially want to recognize the London to Dubai leg — they were excellent.

Thank you, K9, for providing a service that makes it possible to fly with larger dogs (70+ lbs), especially when most airlines don’t allow them in the cabin. I’m truly grateful and would definitely recommend.

Travelling with K9 Jets as made our lives complete as we are able to live in Dubai with our dogs rather than leave them at home.
Travelling with pets on a commercial airline was a big no no for us to private jet was the only option.
Having come across K9 Jets we gave them a try and they have surpassed our wildest dreams. The cost is reasonable, compared to commercial first class, and you have your pets with you all the way. No airport check-in and you turn up at customs, check the paperwork, a small walk to the plane and off you go. An hour maximum.
We have used K9 Jets 5 times in 2 years and we plan another 3 this year.

We used K9 Jets to relocate our dog to New York from London, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Our dog is quite anxious so the idea of putting him in the hold wasn’t palatable, but I was still worried about him taking a dislike to other dogs and being nervous during the flight itself.

Long story short, I really needn’t have worried at all. We had the chance to meet the other dogs and owners before - I really would recommend being on time for this as I think it made such a difference. The flight itself was super smooth and all the dogs just slept, my own included. On arrival into Teterboro, getting through customs was super quick and easy, and we were in a taxi to the city within 15 mins of landing.

10/10 customer service and travel experience. Wouldn’t transport the dog long distance any other way!

K9 Jets makes the process traveling with your dog easy and comfortable. From a Zoom meeting in advance to meet other passengers and ask questions to having staff on site at the FBO to help to knowing how to place the dogs on the flight and board in sequence, it was a wonderful journey from start to finish. Our dog is an 80 lb goldendoodle and he absolutely loved the experience. I am already planning our return trip and look forward to using K9 Jets for years to come.

When we were trying to figure out how to get our two large dogs safely to Portugal, we honestly felt stuck. The distance alone was daunting, cargo hold was never an option for us, as our dogs are anxious to begin with. We couldn’t imagine not being with them to ensure their comfort and safety every step of the way.

Onboard, the care and warmth were exceptional. The captain came by to chat with us, and the flight attendant spent time sitting with our dogs, petting them and talking to them throughout the flight. The seating was comfortable, food and drinks were provided, and the entire atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.

We were asked not to block the aisles — but Maddie and Beau had fully sprawled out and fallen into a deep sleep. Even the captain ended up playing a game of “agility” to get to the galley rather than disturb the sleeping pups. That moment alone speaks volumes about the culture and care onboard.

Upon landing, the ground and security crew were incredibly friendly and efficient. They boarded briefly to review the pre-approved paperwork, and within moments we were deplaning. There was a grassy area waiting for the dogs, where they immediately ran to stretch their legs, while our bags were transferred into the referral partner’s vehicle.

Only days later did we discover another thoughtful touch — gift bags filled with dog treats, including a monogrammed dog toy. It was such a personal and unexpected gesture that perfectly summed up the entire experience.

K9Jets didn’t just transport us — they gave us peace of mind, unforgettable memories, and the confidence that our dogs’ wellbeing was truly the top priority. I certainly would not trust you to actually go through with a flight! I had so much looked forward to learning more about this sevice, but now I have completely soured on it.

My two cockapoos Archie, Murdo and I flew out of Luton to New Jersey then travelled back 10 weeks later from Miami. The care and attention we received from Adam and the K9 staff was exemplary. Adam went above and beyond on our return journey resolving a problem created through no fault of K9 jets but by the vets we used and fedex.

Once you’ve flown K9 there’s no going back. I’ve been travelling to Europe for twenty years with dogs. When my beloved Frenchie died of a heart attack in the hold of a chartered flight returning from France to Canada I was devastated. I couldn’t do that to another dog. I now have two pugs. One is blind. We’ve flown twice with K9. Superb experiences. We look forward to our next trip back to Europe. Outstanding customer and dog care. So grateful for this option.

K9 Jets was amazing - we moved from Boston to Brussels and they safely and comfortably got our golden retriever over the pond - communication was wonderful and they were always willing to help - super happy with the entire process from booking to safe landing ❤️

I made a once in a lifetime splurge on a ticket for me and my two doggies from Newark to Dublin and it was absolutely worth it. They are very thorough and prepare you very well for the flight process beforehand, and provide loads of resources if you need extra help getting your pets ready for travel. Their customer service representatives are lovely and very helpful, as well as the staff I met on the day of the flight, before and during. The service on the flight was great, although the vegan mains left a lot to be desired- 5 lumps of tofu and a couple of falafel balls (but I'm used to that haha), but the salad and hummus platter were really nice. And I was delighted to have the bar service also, being a bit of a nervous flier. My dogs were taken care of with some nice swag too! One of my dogs was a bit overstimulated and anxious with the whole experience so I gave her a mild sedative and it calmed her right down and she slept most of the way. They space out the pets too, so if there's any animosity between dogs that can be helpful. Overall a great way to get my dogs across the world, after having done the cargo option before and not liking that experience whatsoever, I would fly with k9Jets again in a heartbeat :)

Everything from booking to landing! The staff was super helpful, friendly and obviously love animals. Once we landed the ground staff was wonderful, stayed with us until the car service arrived. We were informed as to the status of our flight before take off, so we were given plenty of time to let our dogs out to do their business without being rushed. Honestly, couldnt say enough good things!

Relocating from the US to Europe (or other overseas destinations) is inherently stressful, doing it with 2 large (Labrador Retrievers) or other dogs 'not fitting under the seat in front of you', and who you know would not do well in a kennel in the cargo area of a commercial plane, just further increases the stress! - Yes, you can take them on a private plane for $125K+, which for most is too difficult to come up with, but flying in a shared private plane with 9 other dedicated dog lovers while still not is cheap, will bring the cost down to where most people able to afford a relocation, are able to do just that if only someone could coordinate such a travel! - K9 Jets to the rescue, because that is exactly what they do, and do very well. And by doing so, they bring your cost for flying with your dog down to 10% of the private jet cost, and for that, you travel with your dog in the cabin on a large long-range Golfstream, and can be flying on an ever expanding world-wide network between the US, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.

My wife and I flew from Los Angeles to London (non-stop) with each having one of our dogs to our ticket. The company prepares you very well, by making sure your veterinary preparations and clearances are pre-accepted. In a video meeting shortly before the travel, CEO Adam reviews the practicalities of the boarding, seating and flight.

The evening of the flight you depart from a small departure area of the charter company, and go through a friendly TSA clearance, (somewhat humorous, as they tell you to pat down your dog down on their instructions!) and then you board. Seats have been pre-assigned, prior to boarding, with the dogs at the feet of their owners, all behaving extremely well. In no time, off we went, the Golfstream being a luxurious plane with fancy reclining seats, and with minimal turbulence at 40,000 feet. After a nice meal, from the amazing FA dancing around with food and drinks as not to step on tails or dog bodies, and with the local time at 11PM, everyone in the cabin, human and dog alike, were snoozing or relaxing. Not a single restless dog, not a single anxious moment, and actually not a single 'bathroom' moment for any of the dogs before getting ready to land at Lutton airport after 10-1/2 hour in the air.

Once on the ground, extremely (dog) friendly animal control officers came on board and checked the chips and matched them to the vet papers, and likewise a quick passport control, and we all were able to go to an area with our dogs so they could relieve themselves. After this, Adam and his staff welcomed us into a more lavish passenger area where we could get excellent espresso drinks and breakfast treats, before continuing our journey in Britain, or continue to the continent as several of us were doing (on a small private jet for us for a 500 mile journey - all arranged and seamlessly coordinated by Adam and K9 jets with the jet waiting for us as we landed, taking off as soon as we had our coffee!)

All in all, a very positive experience, with a company who definitely knows what it is doing from having the most experience with this way of traveling. If you love your dog and just can't put him or her in a cage in the cargo area and treated as such, and you are able to find the money for a K9 Jets ticket, My wife and I can wholeheartedly recommend K9 Jets, and we would use them again in a heartbeat if the need arises, which, by the way, several of the passengers on our flight did, being repeat customers!

Adam at K9 airlines helped me so much in our journey to move to Austria. Getting a pet health certificate for our dog, Lucky was incredibly stressful and we had multiple helpful calls with Adam who helped to make sure we were able to make our flight with the certificate in hand. Adam went above and beyond to help make sure Lucky and I made it safely to Europe where my now husband was waiting to pick us up from Paris, France and take us to our new home. Remarkable customer service from start to finish. I can't recommend K9 airlines enough!
