Ordered a lucky bag in a size 22 - firstly there is only one item, so totally miss sold, and secondly no way the one item sent fits a size 22 - very disappointing I wouldn't bother with this

I have ordered several times from this company and the products are good quality and reasonably priced. They have great customer service the item dispatched and track posted promptly. Communication throughout sale to ensure customer satisfaction.

Don't bother ordering, the items don't arrive and customer service is non existent no help whatsoever. So save ya money shop elsewhere.

I placed an order, was given a fake tracking number supposedly through Yodel. Yodel confirmed there was no parcel for me. I paid a lot of money and there has been no communication, only an automated response. It amounts to theft. If I don't get a response soon, I will take it further.

Took an absolute age to come, no reply to any emails. Only one thing in the bag when it’s shown that you get multiple. Could’ve bought the same item off TEMU for £2. Photo to show the size of the bag compared to the ones the ‘influencers’ get

ordered a 3 item lucky dip bag for laugh and that is exactly what it was laughable, 1 thin cheap pair of trousers that wouldn't fit a 5 year old and where only fit for the bin, which is where they ended up

Absolutely awful! Ordered based on the advert Katie did on her social media, making it look like everything was high quality and you’d receive more than one item, I waited almost a month for my package when it arrived I had been sent a see through pair of trousers, fit for nothing but the bin!! Avoid at all costs I wish I could give it no stars!!

I put my order in on the 7th of January and still haven't received it, or had any communication from customer service if you can call it that!!! Absolutely shocking company lesson learned because if inhad read these reviews I wouldn't have looked twice!! Shocking

If I could give less stars I would. Ordered on 29th December 3-5 days delivery Boxing Day Sale it came after 3 weeks after emailing and emailing. It arrived an awful MASSIVE black baggy top, I've been emailing for over 10 days for a return and guess what no reply! This company is a shambles AVOID or waste your money, wish I looked at the reviews first:(

Jyy London has brilliant discount codes that bring designer prices down for us poor run of the mill people to buy. the quality of the clothes I have received have all been lovely and I have had no bad experiences with delivery / website glitches / availability so good on ya jyy keep up the good work xx

I ordered surprise bags back in December 2025 despite several emails (with no reply) still the order did not turn up and no explanation as to why

I tried once more to get my order and suddenly I got a tracking number which doesn’t work and weeks later still no order

In good faith I paid for the lucky bags plus postage there is no excuse these days for the shoddy service given by this company and even worse the lack of customer service and communication

I am now going down the legal route as I asked for a full refund as the parcel had not turned up (with still no reply to my emails)

I’m extremely disappointed and upset and judging by the lack of good reviews I feel I am not the only person who has received such a bad service

Ordered January 9th x2 winter mystery x2 scented boxes x1 bath bomb box and not received!! Have sent several emails just had an automated response every time!! Hard work!! Very disappointed it says when u order delivery in 3-5 joke!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

One star is one too much for these scammers, they do not reply despite their 1-2 day timescale they give you and no good received till date.

There is no preorder it’s a delay tactic and the fact the so called celebrities endorse this is a sham and they need to be held accountable.

Ordered on 4th Jan, still nothing. Have ordered previously and got rubbish, but wanted to give them one last chance. Funny how they can reply to positive reviews on here! But no comments to the others

DO NOT USE! Absolutely poor service! I’ve paid for my order and not received it! No update email! NOTHING! Absolutely waste of money, no way of getting a response or refund.

I made an order for 4 boxing day surprise bags 2 size 12 2 size 6 2 and a half weeks ago and I still haven't received them its now the 18th January not even been sent a tracking number you can only email them which I get no correspondence back absolutely disgusting customer service as they don't reply back scammers they take your money and don't send you the goods so I recommend this company stay away

Misleading advert. Cheaply made, badly sized joggers received. They look like they’d cost £5 off a market stall. Reading other reviews I’m obviously not the only person to be disappointed. Item went straight in the bin
