Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Juwelo! Everything I have ordered has arrived promptly, and exactly as ordered...none of the pieces were a disappointment! The only thing that I would recommend, is that there should be more pieces in sizes 8, 9, and 10. For Gentlemen's rings, sizes in 12, 13, and 14. I have recommended all my friends to go to Juwelo for their birthday, holiday, and special occasion, and no reason, gifts for themselves and family and friends. Thank you so much for being so affordable and allowing all of us the chance to spark up our lives with genuine jewelry!

The first ring i ordered was very petite. I returned it for a timely refund. 2nd ordered ring is perfect! Beautiful sparkling stones and ring is pretty and comfortable. Went back to order another to stack with it. And i will be back for many more as well. I appreciate the company's responsiveness to customers concerns. Highly recommend.

Everything was smooth; however, I never received an e-mail letting me know my merchandise had shipped and when I sent an e-mail inquiring I never got a reply. If you want a customer to return you need to stay connected to that customer. I did receive the merchandise.

You are absolutely right and you are supposed to receive a delivery confirmation email with a USPS tracking link for every order (sometimes they go in the spam folder). Still, we will look into this and, if necessary, take care of it as soon as possible. No Friction...Just that the mans ring i bought was not appropriate for any man i know.....I gave to my mom that will get little to no use out of it.....It was pretty but not for a man. I upped to 4 stars...the ring is really nice.(and.Maybe if my mom wont use it ill give it to my sister. ...No woman would be disappointed in this ring.

Oh no - you are always welcome to return anything you order from us and your order should always look like the picture on the website. I hate to point out one of our site's flaws but some of the larger sized women's rings are mistakenly listed under men's rings. We do hope you give us another chance as we try to keep a steady selection of men's rings in the shop that appeal to men.
