Just the worst experience

I tried to cancel my order right after creating it due to long wait time (2x estimated time). There was a technical error 3 times and I was unable to cancel the order - “Unexpected error”. Also, there was no obvious option to resolve this issue in the timeframe.

After contacting your customer support representative, she was - not giving me the time to properly explain the issue to her. After explanation, she was blaming me and was very unprofessional and not showing she understood what even was happening.

She told me I should have written an email instead of USING THE APP. If I wanted to write emails to cancel my order, I would not be using food app and live in 2022.

She the refused to reimburse me and resolve this issue. Overall terrible experience with the app and the customer support.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

They give you incomplete orders even if you pay in full. Then when you ask for a refund, they either basically throw pocket change at your face instead of giving an actual refund, or ignore you altogether.

Not to mention they treat their riders like trash, refusing to pay them livable wages and firing the ones who ask for a decent wage.

Screw you, Foodpanda! GO TO HELL!

They often deliver incomplete orders, their discounts are bait and switch scam. Support is disgustingly unfriendly and talk with you like you are an idiot.

Their couriers beg for good ratings.

Few times happend to me that i was waiting for order, nobody called me and the order disappeared, after i called support they said 'I didnt pick up the phone' and they didnt believe me even after i sent them my call history screenshot.

2 words, grab food

ordered a number of times.Only one of then came on time.Worst one cane 2 hours late.Riders were rude except for the one guy that came on time. 2 words. Grab food

Pathetic service

Pathetic service. Delayed orders, closed communication. Why the **** can't they get us in touch with the restaurant to get in touch themselves to inquire or press about our orders. When a 30 min order still says 30 mins after 2 hours and we don't know whether the order is still in place or will we would be constantly in the dark

Extremely pathetic service

Extremely pathetic service. This is the 3rd time in a month that I have received such a bad service. The first 2 times my order was incorrect and this time the order wasn't even complete and they were asking me to pay full. How can you guys expect me to pay 918 pkr for one slice of pizza????
No cooperation from the riders or the service center. Will never use this application again!! Deleting it now!!!
To post a review I had to give one star otherwise you don't even deserve that.

WORST SERVICE AND MONEY STOLER! BIG BIG SCAM DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION

I HAVE ORDERED FOOD FROM JOLLIBEE MARQUEE MALL, BY MISTAKE I PINNED THE WRONG ADDRESS! THE DRIVER REFUSED TO DELIVER MY ORDER EVEN MY FAMILY IS WILLING TO PAY EXTRA FOR DELIVERY/ TRANSPORTATION! THE FOOD I ORDERED WAS PAID BUT THEY CANCELLED WITHOUT RETURNING MY MONEY!!! THEY SIMPLY REPLY NON-REFUNDABLE? THE AGENTS ALSO UNHELPFUL! USHMAN TAHIR AND IZDIHAR ISHAM, THEY WANT ME TO WAIT FOR 2-3 DAYS FOR NOTHING?

Customer Service is horrible and I get blamed for the apps failings

Customer service doesn't know how to speak to customers other than copy pasting stuff again and again.

I had an issue with trying to renew my subscription. Debit card was empty so it didn't renew. How I placed some money in and went on to try and renewing the service. But there is no option to subscribe, only option on app is for me to unsub. That gave me an error message. So somehow I am both subscribed and not.

Contacted CS and they ask for screen shots. Here's the thing, for some reason the only option available on their app was to take photos/videos. There was no option to upload pictures already on my device! So how was I gonna give them screenshots if the only option I have is using a camera that is on the same phone!?

I try to explain this to them but they just keep copy pasting the same reply over and over again.

The kicker is that I am unable to remove my debit card from their app because I was getting worried about getting charges down the line but it won't let me because apparently I am still subbed which means I have to unsub before I can remove my card!

I really want to delete my account but I don't want to do so until I can remove my card from their system which means I have to tolerate their severely unhelpful CS agents.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Staff have no knowledge whatsoever on troubleshooting or taking responsibility for system errors. They send out generic email that clearly do not address or resolve the problem. I spent 4 hours dealing with an order they canceled without my consent. No resolution in the end and the customer service rep hung up on me.

Bad experience always SCAMMERS

Bad experience always buy subway pay via card payment deducted but didn't get my food that's too bad last week send me rotten food on cash basis didn't refund me and resolved that issue but this time they again cheated me I ordered 1550 rupee food payment deducted from card but didn't get my order they are robbing people's please guys stop using this scam app
