I ordered from Foodpanda and waited for…

I ordered from Foodpanda and waited for my food for max two hours, without any reason, timer on Foodpanda app is restarting automatically and everytime.showing different time of delivery.
When I talked to representative, his name was Abdullah, I informed whole query, so he replied that food is delayed because no rider is available and now it will deliver at 2:45 so I asked no one bother to inform.me if there is no rider available and why you have accepted my order then so he didn't replied and just ended my chat,
Is this is norm.of customer service, how he ended my chat without taking my consent.

Dun state a refund will be given in your policy when it's not delivered!

Ordered dinner at 6pm order arrived at 730pm. There was a missing drink in my item and went to live chat with Kevin. Was given numerous statements by him of promises that they promised service quality and apologies for my bad experience. After some time, the outcome was no refund for the missing item and no reason given. Then the chat was ended abruptly by him.. wow. What's the purpose of having a live chat in the first place if the outcome is just no refund?? Pl just stop your operations in Singapore if u cant even deliver on time or provide service quality. Dun be a disgrace.

Very late service + Incompetent Customer Service

Food came more than 1 hour later than the scheduled time. And the sauce from the chicken noodle spilled out into the plastic that carries the noodle. So I'm left with 1/4 to eat while the rest are just dry noodle. Sent my feedback to the customer service, Michael, and he said that there shouldn't be any sauce inside and didn't even acknowledge the spill. Refused to offer the refund for the noodle and and of course, they cannot get the vendor to send another one to replace. This is not the first, or fourth time. Foodpanda continues to screw up orders and we are paying the food and delivery service and service charge for free! Foodpanda, you guys should close or BUCK UP!!!

The customer service is so damn…

The customer service is so damn ridiculous. I didn’t cancel my orders. The vendor cancelled my orders due to unavailable items and suddenly i got an issue in replacing an order. What the hell is this? Plus, I have to wait and I have no idea till when.

Pathetic service

They accepted the order and after some time we received a call that they cancelled our order and confirmed that we will receive our refund. It’s been more the 3 weeks we haven’t received our refund. Now we received an email that they are not going to refund
Really disappointed

Don't ever use food panda!

Don't ever use food panda. I know we all sometimes can't be bothered to move and order in but trust me, DON'T RISK IT when using Food Panda. Sadly I didn't see the reviews myself before ordering. Do take them at face value.

So what Happened with my order? I ordered a Long chicken from burger king and received something else all together...a beef burger. Now at face value it's not a big deal and easily fixable with photos etc. ( I don't eat beef) so I genuinely just needed the credit back to order something I can eat.

Spoke to customer support and without any understanding they simply copy and pasted the no refund bottom. No matter who I spoke to they did the same.

Don't waste your time or your money.

Less than 1 star!!

Ordered food that NEVER ARRIVED! Went to bed with a very hungry and understandably crying small child! After an hour had past & the app updating how long the order would be it reached “anytime now” and said that for hours! Eventually I gave up waiting as it was after midnight at this point. €50 and no refund. Called the number provided several times with no answer. Unacceptable.

Beyond disgusting service

Beyond disgusting service. Everything seems fine until you have an issue, and I had three issues before I deleted the app. I was treated as though it was my fault, and given the same scripted line until the very end ‘we are very sorry’. All apologies, and no action. Do not waste your time or money, go elsewhere.

Consistently awful

Consistently awful - the low touch model was useful during COVID-19 but it's woefully inadequate now - the few human staff seem to do their best but there are some areas where replacing humans with cheap technology comes at a huge cost and this is one of them
