Just Clear® - Kingston Recensioni

I wanted to say how professional, swift and kept all noise to a minimum which was helpful as we are a working office.
I would recommend Leonardo and Sid for any future jobs we have here at the FBU they a great team.
thank you

Fabulous service from Jack and Leo. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because I don't like paying for services in advance and by bank transfer. But even that was very easy.

From first communication to the actual job Just Clear were professional, their quote was very reasonable.

George and William who carried out the job were very kind and showed great empathy. The checked with us about anything they weren’t sure of. They made the whole experience so much easier by their caring attitude. I would highly recommend Just Clear to anyone who has the need to do a house clearance as i know they will be treated with respect and kindness.

After searching on Trustpilot for a reputable House Clearance company, we came across Just Clear. From our very first contact with Kate in the office, we were reassured by their speedy and efficient communication and professional manner.
Kate arranged a visit prior to the work required to ensure that their initial quote from photographs was accurate, and considering the huge amount of work involved, we found that quote to be very reasonable. In addition, they accommodated our request to pay a 50% deposit with the remainder on completion and ensured that this was a simple process with the minimum of fuss.
On the day, the team of two men Frankie and Danny kept in touch with us at all times and could not have worked harder, despite the weather being horrendous. They completely cleared and emptied a two bedroom 2nd floor flat and battled five flights of stairs and the rain to make sure the job was completed on time. They were friendly, polite and never complained once which was hugely appreciated by us. They also made sure we were completely happy with the job after they had finished.
It is never easy organising the clearance of a property, especially after the death of a loved one. However, we would highly recommend Just Clear and will certainly be using their services again. A special shoutout particularly to Danny and Frankie, but thank you to Kate and all the team at Just Clear for an amazing job.

Danny and William were friendly, helpful, careful and efficient. In short, they were a pleasure to deal with. They made sure that I okayed everything that was going out, and left the area tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The lady I booked the job with was also very friendly and helpful. Good vibes all round.

George K & Will were amazing! After torturous journeys through central London to get to our house, they were always friendly and enthusiastic to get on with the job.

They moved an enormous amount of material in a short space of time ... it would have taken my 10 times as long so they really are worth the expense to bring in.

Great guys, very good at their job, highly recommended!

Friendly staff , that are quick and efficient with removals and quotes. They offer great prices for the Kingston area. Would recommend if you need any assistance with removals.

Brilliant service from admin to execution, carried out with care and attention. Couldn’t fault it. Thank you.

I contacted Brendan from another jurisdiction expecting organising a house clearance from abroad to be a hassle, I couldn't have been more wrong. It was incredibly easy and Brendan was so nice and helpful but most importantly efficient. The service was outstanding. I was kept informed before and after the process and got a video of the finished clearance. I'd give 6 stars if it were an option!!

Very challenging office relocation and clearance undertaken by Danny & Sid over 2 days. They both went above and beyond and worked overtime to ensure that everything was completed inside our deadline. Super happy with the service and arrangements agreed with Kate to ensure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Just Clear and will be using them again in the future.

Purchased a vehicle from these guys, highly recommendable, wonderful service from start to finish, very helpful and friendly. Thanks, Brendan for such an easy and pleasant purchasing experience.

Efficient service, great care taken not to scratch walls etc when removing items from my property. Friendly gents with a positive attitude had the job done in no time, would recommend to all.

I am winding up the estate of a dearly loved partner and over the past two days Just Clear have been clearing her house. I can't speak too highly of the courtesy and kindness of the two young men, Danny and Jack, who were the team. They were punctual, and industrious in a very calm way. The house was cleared efficiently and left ready for deep cleaning before sale. The quotation I had asked for was delivered swiftly and efficiently, was competitive and represented very good value. In every way I highly recommend Just Clear.

Arrived on time, very polite and friendly, efficient and did an excellent job clearing the whole house and garage leaving it in a clean and tidy state.

Thank-you, Danny and Leo, for all you hard work, much appreciated.

Highly recommended.

I've not used this company before and I was cautiously optimistic, because of the good reviews on Trustpilot.
Danny and Jack arrived in good time - a few moments after me. I left them to do their job whilst I caught up with a few e-mails. Less than 40 minutes later and well before I expected, they said that they had finished. I was very impressed.

The booking process was simple and they accommodated a Saturday collection after we were let down by another entity.
The 2 guys came on time and were super efficient all done in 1.5 hours.
The items cleared were items we wanted to give to charity after our move (furniture, household items, and clothes).
I like the company's attitude to sustainability and recycling.
Would definitely use again.

Raphael, William were amazing, really friendly and super efficient.
They cleaned the property with no fuss and left everything tidy and in a fantastic state.
I can’t recommend them enough.

Good communication and appointment keeping.
Followed instructions to letter, would recommend and use them again.

Great service, super efficient. Frank and Giannis were excellent. Would highly recommend.
