Just Clear was straightforward and…
Just Clear was straightforward and clear about what they would do, (clear everything and reuse or recycle as much as possible) and how much it would cost. They were flexible and helpful and did what they said when they said they would. They left the house clean and tidy. We can’t fault them.

An amazing company
An amazing company! Excellent and clear communication throughout and the technicians on the day were wonderful, really friendly and did SUCH a good job clearing our house. Great service
They kept us up to date on the timings. We had 3 sofas and an armchair we wanted collected. Both the guys who came were charming and cheerful and do a great job.

Fantastic communication, very proactive and keeping there process.
Was the best price of the 3 quotes I got for a job in Pimlico.
The friendly and motivated team
arrived as promised, emptied a one bedroom flat absolutely packed with junk and very dirty things in less then half a day.

Amazing Team
Amazing Team! They helped us clear out a LOAD of garden waste which would have been an absolute nightmare and huge cost elsewhere. Couldn’t thank this team enough, especially with me being abroad.

Great customer focus
This could have so easily been a 2 or 3 star review.
If it were not for the responsiveness and customer focus from Brendan and his team.
Firstly they arranged the clearance with a decent price extremely quickly.
There was a couple of logistic hiccups - which could have been frustrating - but both Brendan and Dee (from logistics team) were super responsive and made it right with the least amount of fuss.
It is great when things go to plan - but good companies really matter when things do not - and how they respond makes all the difference.
On that front - JustClear shines.
Highly recommend.

Misleading and unprofessional service
My experience with Just Clear – Kingston was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from start to finish, promises were made and not kept, and the overall service did not match what was advertised.
What I found most frustrating was the lack of accountability. When issues were raised, they were brushed off rather than resolved properly. For a company that markets itself as professional and reliable, the reality was the opposite.
I would not use this company again and would advise others to be cautious before booking.
