Very efficient staff handling order
Very efficient staff handling order, and the driver was great with my mirror . Prompt delivery as bathroom installers were wanting it onsite to assess position of installation.I would definitely order from company again.

The fact that if you’re turning the toilet waste pipe left or right the you need enough gap at rear of toilet spout thus this provides that. As it’s got a low level cistern has flush pipe to pan
The company sent the toilet set promptly after a telephone call to determine the times of the day when it’s suitable to deliver and confirming address details etc

Would never buy another item from this company, I bought a £50 radiator that didn't fit (my fault) but they wanted £25 to return it, absolute sham of a company

Absolutely shocking service ordered a sunburst radiator was suppose to be Brand new mint condition. These Lot sent me a damaged product paint coming off the radiator bubbles on the radiator like some amateurs painted the radiator orange in return they offered me paint to paint the radiator and £30 refund loll Absolutely joke of a company do not buy do not risk £30 QUID is a insult plus u want me to paint a radiator which was suppose to be painted allready

I can see we offered to replace the radiator for you as well as offering the refund amount and touch up paint in case you could not wait for a replacement.

Still chasing refund on returned item
Ordered a bath panel. Unfortunately it was the wrong size, my fault. Arranged to send back, had to pay for their courier to collect. I’m still chasing a refund 3 weeks later. Emails are replied to, saying they need to check with manufacturer that it has been received. The order was sent back with their own courier and tracked, so delays not acceptable.
