Jurassic Home Solutions Recensioni

Absolutely 5 star company from day 1 to finishing the job . Kirsty came out to set it all up for us , she is very polite and down to earth and nothing is too much trouble for her, from day 1 we were able to contact her for any questions we had. The 2 men that came to do the work were very hard working , polite , cleaned up after them and they did a great job. Would highly recommend Jurassic home solutions.Thank you

After admiring several neighbours new paths we called Jurassic Home Solutions for a quote.
The sales manager called the next day, he was very polite and told us all about the Company and their resin product. We were very impressed and signed up immediately as they could start in 10 days time.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
The dig out team of Tomasz & Lukas were friendly and hard working. The logistics of the rubble being collected and the base being delivered was very well managed.
Charlotte in the Office was our point of contact if we had any issues... We were not happy with the width of the bottom step and thought it should be wider! She said that this was not a problem to fix as the guys coming to lay the resin would rectify this to our liking.
Damien & Azam were the spread Team. They were first class and Damien adjusted the bottom step to our liking in no time. When the resin went down it looked fantastic and we are very pleased with it.
It may cost more but it is a quality product from a 5 star Company and comes with a guarantee.
Thank you

Saw the Jurassic Home Solutions stand at Grand Designs. Of the several other similar resin companies in attendance, they stood out and so we booked an initial design consultation to revamp our tired looking front garden and side entrance.

The initial consultation was very straightforward- the salesman answered all our questions, offered advice and allowed us to decide the timeframe to fit in with our plans. The only difficulty was selecting which colour resin to have!

The first appt was the digging out process and laying the waterproof concrete which Lukas and Azam did without the aid of a digger ( slight hitch in that it didn’t fit through our gate). They did a great job getting everything level and laying preprepared patio stones in advance of the resin.

A week later and Lukas and Endri came to lay the resin. In less than 2 hours the job was done and both areas look amazing. They have done an incredible job- very, very pleased and neighbours are already commenting on how good it looks.

Everyone from Jurassic has been friendly, helpful and professional and can’t fault the workmanship- brilliant!!

Can’t comment on the cost as we had nothing to compare it to, but we thought the final total was very reasonable considering the work/materials involved and the end result looks amazing, so as the old adage goes you get what you pay for. A quality product from a quality company

I’m very happy with results
Very quick and professional guys!!

JURASSIC HOME SOLUTIONS LTD (JHS) are a sensational company, they were happy to place my order on hold for a long time while I was having cancer treatment.
JHS also helped me amended my order as my project evolved, the installation team were extremely professional with attention to detail was 2rnd to none. Manuel and Remi worked like machines, going over and above at every stage.
The saying "Buy Cheap,Buy Twice" is never truer, the cost was higher than other construction firms, however, you get what you pay for, I also have a 25yr guarantee and JHS encourage future call's if I need maintenance advise etc.
The finish is perfect and I am over the moon.

Having seen the new office in Chepstow on our local FB site we arranged a home visit with Kirsty Done, the Branch Manager. She was friendly, very helpful and gave us good advice. Nothing was too much trouble, she visited us when we had further questions and didn't pressurise us to make decisions. We have also met Mark, he is equally attentive to us as customers.
We had one work team undertake the groundworks and one lay the resin. Both teams, Daniel and Arlind,s teams, worked hard, were cheerful and polite.
Kirsty or Mark visited us at each stage to check we were happy with the work.
Now to test the drive!

I would highly reccomend this company. Right from the start they have been extremely professional, prompt with their replies to any queries we had, and were very easy to contact.
Justin, Nardi and the rest of the guys were really hard working. They did a fantastic job of our driveway, and should we have any other work need doing I wouldn't hesitate to ask them to come out and do it.
From start to finish it was a stress free experience.

Arriving at the agreed time to lay the resin bond on the prepared drive, the guys were friendly, efficient and professional. Job completed in about 4 hours, looks great, first class work, very pleased with the result.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. They’ve done such a professional job of our front and back garden areas. The prep work was a lot more involved than I’d anticipated but you can certainly see where your money has been spent and reassuring that each step of the process was gone through properly, you just have to bear with it until the prep work is finished and trust that the workmen really do know what they’re doing. Our back garden was uneven and needed to be dead flat to include the new steps we were incorporating. Honestly, you could put a spirit level on it when it was finished. Those guys worked like trojans and cleared up thoroughly after themselves. Very impressed with the finished product and the professionalism of this company. Kudos to Jurassic Home Solutions and thank you for transforming our outside space

Urim & Arlind, greats guys and did a fab job. Went above and beyond to solve a problem for me.

Arlind Team
