Still no further contact or refund from Jurassic Home solutions. I’m a busy woman and not a
litigious person so I wanted to give them the opportunity to refund. I am now escalating to the small claims court. My payment provider is aware of the situation. I will now follow this to it’s inevitable bconclusion do not use this company.

No Show, got a call half hour after the appointment time to say they were stuck in traffic and wont make it. Kind of glad to be honest as they called the day before to confirm and asked if my partner would also be available for the appointment, alarm bells rang!!

What a great company to deal with.All aspects of their work is spot on from comms ,customer care,quality of work is top notch.All I have dealt with have been outstanding -Giles,James,Sandra,Brook,Charlotte,Remy,Ahmed ,all deserve a mention.Thouroughly recommended.Thanks JHS,glad we met you at the Yealmpton show.

This is the second time we have used this company, they completed our drive earlier this year. Genty and his team started the groundwork on the 10th August and completed it the following evening. This was despite the extreme hot weather and the fact that there was a two hour delay in the delivery by another company of the hardcore. The area was left very tidy and the team were very polite and efficient The second team completed the resin top coat within three hours, and my wife and I are extremely happy with the completed pathway and patio. I would certainly recommend Jurassic Home Solutions.

Did what they said they would at the time they said they would. Guys were very efficient and hardworking . The drive looks amazing!

We had a further quote from Andy who was a master of his sales trade and Jurassic did indeed complete the driveway for my father.

The work carried out by Mariusz and his team was exceptional - Thank you.

However apart from Victoria whom has an exceptional customer service focus I found the rest of her office team let her and Jurassic Management down. The lack of communication when the resin was not being delivered on the agreed date and the lack of communication around the time workmen would be on site was a refection of the poor work ethic of the manager in charge of that department.

I’m really pleased with the work carried out by Jurassic Home Solutions installing a resin drive. The workmanship is excellent, and the whole team were professional, friendly and respectful throughout the installation.

Their installers clearly take pride in what they do, and the quality of the finished result really shows. They were approachable, hardworking and a pleasure to have around.

They were a little more expensive than some of the other quotes we received, but having seen the end result, I can honestly say it was worth paying the extra. The quality, professionalism and finish have made it great value for money.

I’d happily recommend Jurassic Home Solutions to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares about doing a great job.

I called Megan to book an appointment or to get a rough quote but she only enquired of my marital status and promised to call back to book an appointment or give a rough idea of how much the job would cost per m2 or in total. I did not get back a phone call or an appointment at all. I would like to thank her anyway as she showed me the professionality of the team. Concluding I wonder how do they get these reviews if they can not even start properly

A very efficient company who completed our large resin patio area effectively with the expert guidance of hard working Manuel and his team. The office staff were extremely helpful and Vince the initial surveyor was very informative. All in all we could not be happier and particularly appreciate the many improvement suggestions made by the Jurassic team.

Came upon Jurassic Home Solutions by chance, they had a stand at a supermarket!
Had been considering resin for a while but bit the bullet and arranged an appointment/survey. From then on it was plain sailing all the way, everyone helpful, polite, hard working and have done an excellent job, I am enjoying a beautiful patio and pathway at front of property!!
I cannot praise Jurassic enough from beginning to end!

Jurassic Home Solutions (JHS) prepared the ground work and then laid the resin drive for both myself and my neighbour. Luc and Azam stood out for their help and work ethic. Additionally, Charlotte was most helpful from the office. The drives looked superb and drew admiring looks from passers by. We are very pleased with the result

Communication and customer service was first class from start to finish. The on site team were punctual and nothing was to much trouble. Very happy with the final result and would recommend without hesitation.

Could not be happier with our new driveway. From the initial consultation, through the great communications from the company, to the efficient and friendly installation team, the whole process was easy. Our driveway now looks smart and the the whole front of the house looks much more welcoming. Highly recommend this company.

If you're interested in having a resin bound driveway then Jurassic are definitely worth contacting. Our driveway has just been done and looks lovely. The crew were efficient and professional and extremely helpful. There were a few delays before the finish, mainly due to the heatwave! Customer service was excellent and they were constantly contacting me to check that everything was okay which I very much appreciated. The price was very competitive and very good value for the money. Overall I would definitely recommend Jurassic and I would really like to say a special thank the crew who did the work. They were brilliant.

Great communication from the initial quote to the job being completed.
The sales guy was really helpful and not at all pushy, he visited twice and everything that was discussed was clear.
On the day 2 guys arrived and worked hard all day, checking at each stage to see if i was happy.
The job was completed on the same day and the finish is top quality and the colour was perfect.
I would highly recommend this company and i will be using them if i need anything else done.

All the different stages of the work went like clockwork and the job was completed within 18 days of our agreeing to it being done. Everyone we have dealt with at Jurassic Home Solutions Ltd has been charming, and we cannot praise their workmen enough. They worked nonstop, were polite and made sure they left no mess behind and did an excellent job. We couldn't be more pleased.

We have just had our drive completed by Jurassic Home Solutions and we are extremely satisfied with the end result. Genti and his team of Endri, Altin and Luli were professional, skilled, courteous and tidy. We had a number of questions ahead of the resin being laid, which Genti patiently addressed, making sure we were happy, before proceeding.

Despite soaring temperatures the lads that came to do the work were polite, helpful and informative. The prep team, Endri(team leader), Arban and Klodi, did an excellent job. The resin laying team, who also did a bit of finishing off of the prep work were also polite, helpful and informative, this team was led by Mario with Lorenco his assistant. Despite the slight language problems we managed to communicate reasonably well. The organisation was well sorted despite one or two telephone calls from myself to head office between the works. All was sorted to our satisfaction and the end product is excellent and well finished. The job was not sraight forward but all was done very well. I would have no qualms about recommending them to anyone wanting similar work undertaken. Ross And Nick and the ladies in the office were all extremely helpful throughout.
