Great trampoline - improve the quality control
The trampoline seems solid, robust and hopefully long lasting. It was also relatively straightforward to construct (albeit 2 men recommended for this).
However there were a couple of issues: one of the metal pieces that interlocked with another had a small "drip" of metal inside preventing the interlock - we managed to file this away so as to be able to interlock the pieces. Also one of the fabric sleeves - one of its ties wasn't stitched on and the tie came away in my hand. Given this is one of the pricier trampolines on the market, quality control could be improved.

Quality trampoline
Had trampoline around a month now. Quite easy to put together. Feels solid and has survived storm Eunice with the jumpflex anchors and sandbags on the feet.

Good value
It’s very good value, however the ladder feels flimsy, the steps are just too narrow, and for smaller children the difficulty presents when getting off the trampoline, there is nothing to hold on to.

Great trampoline and good value, but useless sunshade
Great trampoline and good value. Was easy to put together. Small niggle with the ladder, which does not support one tread evenly. We bought the sunshade, which is a complete waste as it's a) only suitable for small children (larger kids and adults will hit it with their heads when bouncing), and b) no use except when not windy.

Excellent service
Excellent service through the website. Everything came nicely wrapped.
It came in 2 boxes which were VERY heavy for one person to carry.
Struggled with setting up the trampoline, attaching the jump mat was tricky until I read how to do it properly.
Make sure to read all instructions before just plowing ahead.
The top section also needed two people to pull the bars in to connect to the upright poles.

I'm really pleased with the trampoline which was bought as a Xmas present for my daughter. It was delivered on time, it was easy to put up and is very sturdy and well built. My daughter loves it.

Excellent Trampoline
Excellent delivery in time for Christmas. Product is very well made and feels incredibly sturdy and safe. The kids (both big and small) love it! Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We would definitely recommend this company and the JumpFlex 10 foot trampoline to anyone.
