We looked high and low for a suitable trampoline and finally opted for the 12 foot model. Instructions were clear and it took 3 hours to put together. You definitely need two people. The result was spectacular…a bit bigger than we had anticipated but just fits! A 7-year old is absolutely delighted as are the rest of the family. This will last for years and years and is of solid construction and appears to be very safe (fingers crossed). Worth paying slightly more for a quality product. We are absolutely delighted about our choice.

the service was fantastic, replied to my email after having a checkout difficulty. They sent me a direct invoice and even gave me free delivery. Very happy with the service and the trampoline overall. I think 8ft may have been a little small but we didn’t want too much of the garden taken up.
I would say the most difficult part of installing was fitting the net it just didn’t want to go over the poles. It took all my strength to fit it.
Overall very happy just wished we had a larger garden as 8ft is a little small even for one child.

Everything turned up within a week or so and the trampoline was erected quite easily without much fuss. The kids have been out on it in most conditions everyday since.

I did my research when shopping for a trampoline for my two kids and I'm so glad I went with Jumpflex. This has got to be one of the sturdiest trampolines you can get. Well designed, great quality materials and very safe. Great fun too! I put it together myself before the kids got back from school (including levelling the ground) and they were ecstatic! They've been on it every day since it arrived a month ago. One of the best purchases I've ever made. 👍

Amazing trampoline! GreAt quality! Clear and Straight forward instructions. The kids have not stopped jumping since we got it. Would highly recommend!

Came streight away. Easy instructions to follow however the online video is a different way to assemble and easier. Looks really good and sturdy. Compared to others we looked at this holds a lot more weight too. The kids love it.

Very quick delivery of my new trampoline. I was disappointed that the slide and water attachment were out of stock but had a lovely email from the company saying they would let me know when these were in.
