The delivery was fairly quick, staying within the advertised timeframe. The support was also prompt. But most importantly, the product is fantastic. I used it for soccer practice today and it really made a difference.

So fare I haven’t received my order - placed on the 7/4-25. Its bin 14 days on the way. Have contacted the dealer, and he say that they use DHL for shipping, they are very good, so my things will show up in a few days.
No tracking on the shipment, my order automatically was sent for free because of the amount on it. .

Terrible customer service. Ordered my jumberband on the 29th jan. And have still not received it. They say it is shipped but is not sending GLS tracking number.
Toller Service. Hatte eine Nummer zu klein bestellt. Nach Kontakt mit dem Service habe ich die Bänder in einer Nummer größer erhalten und konnte die zu kleinen Bänder zurück schicken. Ich kann endlich wieder Crossfit ohne Schmerzen machen.
Betrüger Shop. Kassiert ein liefert aber nicht.

Bei der DHL nachgefragt und die sagen mir die angegebene Tracking Nummer existiere gar nicht.
