Terrible service. No communication about delayed delivery . Product now damaged due to being left outside in the rain with no customer contact. Worst on line purchase and delivery service ever.
Ordered a chair and then there was no contact at all. Emailed to enquire about whereabouts of order which received one short reply and then ghosted. Had to do a chargeback from Bank

Love this chair
Love this chair. It’s well made and surprisingly comfortable as a casual chair to use in a bedroom. Very happy. Only wish I could get one in yellow for my own bedroom

Excellent Product & Service
The quality and style of the furniture made by this company is first class.
Our chair arrived yesterday & I couldn’t be more delighted. It just looks so special, expensive & has designer written all over it.
The customer service aspect was also excellent.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Julian Joseph.

Fantastic service. I made a mistake on my original order and emailed them at the weekend. Great communication to resolve it, even on a Sunday evening.

Eversley Chair in Pink Blush
A really stunning and well made chair. We are delighted. We had a very minor hiccup with my order caused by a simple delivery time misunderstanding (I think on my part) but this was quickly and professionally resolved by Louise in customer service resulting in a very swift and proactive change to the website to avoid any potential customer confusion in the future. I would not hesitate to buy again from this company. Thanks Louise.

Risposta di Julian Joseph
Hi Steven,
Sorry to see that you've left a one star review.
Our website stated upon order that the chair was available late July, I also responded to your email two hours later to again advise that this particular chair was on a pre-order basis.
If you need to contact us please feel free to do so on customer.service@julian-joseph.com
Many thanks
Louise
