Numerous attempts to contact this company and sort broken charger that was under warranty. No one gets back to you. I wont purchase another product after this.

Although I was initially very happy with my charging cable, it stopped working after just over a year of use. Very disappointing as I would expect much better longevity for the price.

What a great customer service team. I was sat watching the tv whilst charging my I pad only to have smoke pouring out of it. My cable was only 7months old and I didn’t realise I had to register it as... Leggi di più

25w Charger - what can go wrong?
Well, clearly a lot as this one went bang and then tried to overcharge a mobile phone.
When raising it with Juice Customer Service, they were about as useful as their charger.
Item poor quality, not fit for purpose, potentially even dangerous.
Would recommend looking elsewhere for your chargers and other equipment and avoid Juice.
Absolutely fantastic. Breathtaking product and service
These speakers are so bad that I think there is a conspiracy involving major supermarkets stocking them.
I listen to Audiobooks and my old speaker lost it's charge capability after a few years. I needed a speaker so I went to Tesco and got a Juice XL speaker. Firstly, the button to power it on and off needed the force of a trillion suns to operate. That was annoying but a couple of days later, the speaker made a connection sound every 10 seconds, you couldn't power it off, reset it or anything. It chimed relentlessly for 13 hours. The rage ensured that it was in pieces on the kitchen floor, the battery removed and the carcass sent to landfill. £40 gone.
So the following day I went to Asda, and all they had were Juice speakers. So knowing it was bad, I went for the £12 Juice Note. This is more frustrating even than before since it constantly behaves in weird ways. Undesired features include, constantly increasing the volume with no one pressing anything, randomly pausing and playing for absolutely no reason and now it disconnects and goes into an unsalvageable state. The Note has ended up dead at the same crime scene as it's older brother and will be arriving at landfill this Wednesday.
Anything is better than Juice Speakers. Never buy one and for the love of god, big supermarkets, stop stocking this total trash.
wireless charging pad, simply doesn't work at all on any phone that it's meant to be compatible with. Wish I'd read these reviews but as this brand is sold in all the major supermarkets I simply assumed it would be reasonable quality. 83% of customers can't all be wrong.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought 2 power banks for going on holiday at beginning of April. One was faulty. It took about 4 emails to get a return label to send it back. Had to manually fill out a card stating the problem to enclose with the product. Took to PO, barcode wouldn’t scan - invalid. Got in touch again, now I’ve to wait for a DPD pick up. I’ve told them to take the other one back too ( it’s unopened) Over a month this has taken, absolutely ridiculous and still no further forward.
Had a £15 USB cable for a year now and just all of a sudden stopped working. For that kind of price I would have expected it to work for years.
Best car charger
Bought many charges. Juice 25W USB-C Car Charger is by far the best by a very long way. 1hr 8mins to fully charge a S22+. in a car... that beats most wall chargers.
I have a juice 3m charger and a 3x charge power bank. The charger works fine but as you’d expect it is slower than a 1m cable, had no issues with it.
The 3x charger works quick and charges my phone about 2.5 times, although after a year of having the power bank it seems to stop charging once it gets below 30%. It lights up to say it has power left in but doesn’t charge after that until it’s charged up a bit more. Thinking of buying the 7x charge power bank but some of the reviews are putting me off - I’ll most likely buy it and then tell yous what it’s like
I have always loved their products and when one of my chargers was faulty, they didn’t hesitate to help replace it for me. They were very easy to contact and had a lovely customer service.
Awful company, awful products, awful 'customer service'!
I purchased a gaming mouse for my daughter from Argos last week because it boasted about features that she was looking for. The mouse was cheap...and that's always a bonus, but looking back in hindsight now I know why. It came with no instructions...just 1 tiny slip of paper with some useless information on it.
So I took it back to Argos, for an identical replacement, only to find that they all come like that with no instructions, just that tiny slip of paper. So I look in the Argos Q&A section and another customer asks for the instructions...and an Argos employee says 'you can download the software from the company website'...NO YOU CAN'T!!! The company website doesn't even list the gaming mouse as a product...so NOPE!!!
So I message the company on the slip of paper asking for instructions...I use Facebook, Twitter and direct email. Both social media requests were read and ignored, but they responded to my email. They sent me a PDF of the 'instructions'...but when I opened the PDF, it was just a picture of the same tiny slip of paper that comes with the mouse!!!
I reply asking how my daughter can assign buttons...turn off the LEDs...and adjust the DPI...at this point they just stopped replying!
AVOID!!!
If the company wish to see my receipt, or the email they sent me, please just ask and I can provide them with either/both.
Don’t waste your time. Purchased one of there wires in January. Kept all receipts for the warranty. Less than 6 weeks the charger broke. Contacted them and they said they would send a pre-paid label for me to send them the faulty wire back so they can then send a replacement. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received the pre-paid label to return the faulty wire. Emailed them and had no response. They FALSY entice people into buying from them by offering the “warranty” service but when you try to use the warranty - nobody responds! Would never use this company again
Ok they emailed me back fairly quick and posted out new leads but, my iPhone lead broke within a week, had to send it to them to be replaced. They then sent out the wrong lead twice now !!! I just feel like it’s a one man band. Will never buy from these again
Can’t give less than 1 star…. Bought today, usb to lightening, 3m cable. 2 hours later the lightening connection has come away from the cable.. useless..
Bought big charging cable for iPhone lasted two weeks terrible
Ordered a juice power bank max 7 which arrived damaged. This company does not answer the phone or return calls. So I sent an email including photo and documents. Company sent out a return postage slip which was rejected at 3 post offices. Company asked me to pop it in the post box at my own risk. Company stated that the had sent a replacement through DPD which didn’t arrive. Then stated they had sent another replacement 2 days later through DPD which didn’t arrive. Commenced refund process through PayPal. Juice didn’t reply to the contacts from PayPal. After 22 emails, 9 unreturned phone messages the company contacted me resulting in a refund.
Will not deal with them again. I should have read the trust pilot reviews first.Lesson learnt.
Bought a 3m Juice cable for an iPhone. Faulty after only 2-3 weeks use and foolishly didn’t keep the receipt. This appears to be the most widely available make in supermarkets and Argos. It’s definitely worth checking reviews which I also didn’t do, 84% of consumers dissatisfied on Trustpilot at the time of writing this review.
Brought several charging cables for the family as stated immortal ,super strong ,will bend over 10000 times on the package I.e last forever but after 4 months 2 just stopped working
Contacted juice HQ after providing customer service with the answer to the question several time they kept asking the same question didn’t even ask for the cables to be sent in so they could address the issue to try and prevent others having the same issue asked if I had logged onto the year warranty which is on the back and so small can’t even read it I feel the public are being miss sold these cables as clearly advertised as immortal (last forever)
Not as advertised
Zero star wasn’t available so I had to choose 1* but I’m not happy about it. I have had around 5-6 of these chargers now, and my daughter has had 3. Every single one has gone faulty. You either have to bend the charger at an angle for it to work, or it just completely stops charging altogether. I decided to read the reviews of this charger as I thought I was doing something wrong and maybe being a little too heavy handed with them. I was met with pages and pages of reviews with 1* and a lot of angry people. I bought mine from Tesco and on the one occasion they did offer me a replacement which was good of them. They look absolutely lovely and the colours really make them stand out from the rest, how ever the performance of the charger does not match the look of it. I won’t ever have another juice charger, or any other product they make for that matter. Seriously, don’t waste your money. Absolutely awful
Bought their iPhone charger (plug with integrated cable, not just a cable). Plug gets very very hot and occasionally when plugged in my phone shocks me. Phone has always heated up when plugged in but now the bottom half of the iPhone is constantly very hot when in use. DO NOT BUY
I bought a Juice power bank for £20 from Tesco. I charged it as per instructions and used it while on a short trip.
It would not recharge after the first time. Juice customer services would not help as I didn’t have my grocery receipt from 5 weeks previously. £20 wasted.
