AVOID juice... USB C charger worked for 2 weeks and then started to shock if you touched the charging end. It also stopped charging my phone. Contacted juice and got a reply saying its not there problem. Used to be a fan, never again.

I ordered some leather cleaner. Paid them my money, which they’ve got. A week later had an email saying it’s on its way, but when I click on the tracking number it takes me to a dodgy site that my phone won’t open. I’ve emailed them twice but had no response, so they are basically, thieves.

Fire hazard! Bought this cable and only after 3 months it got extremely hot and then was steaming and then caught fire. Really really scary as luckily I was awake and saw this but this could have caused a fire at night. Avoid!!!!

Forget the 1 star it’s a zero from me!!!! I bought a £15 cable from sainsburys which stopped working after 2 or 3 weeks. I emailed the company who said to return the cable and they would send me a replacement as I couldn’t have my money back as I had lost the receipt! The new cable also stopped working after a few weeks. I emailed them again with the same response send it back and they’ll send me a replacement. Guess what 3 weeks in and the cable stopped working again. The biggest joke was the response email this time stating if I am so unsatisfied with there cables I should stop using them!!! Customer service at its absolute finest!!!!! Apparently I still can’t have my money back and I’ll be getting another replacement that I’m sure will stop working within a few weeks!!! Don’t waste your money on these overpriced poor quality products!

Bought a 2m cable and noticed it was overheating a bit at the phone end. Then it started re-charging all by itself despite being plugged in. Then, the whole cable just crumbles at the charging end, I presume from the heat. Binned. Anker much more reliable and resilient, and dont heat up dangerously. Avoid.

I bought a juice cable from b&m... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM!! I payed £8 and it worked on a slow charge for a couple of days and now it doesn't work at all very disappointed😠

Joke of a company,don’t email you to confirm order,can’t track order,phone contact number says incorrect number,can’t get a email back either.
Ordered elsewhere on top of this order now.
Be sending back if it arrives.

I came here to leave a review to warn others of my experience. Based on the other reviews here; it is clear I am not alone. I purchased a Juice Power Bank to keep my devices charged during a routine power outage. I WFH so I needed to have access to a charge. The power bank worked fine initially. I used it on a handful of occasions that followed. I then went to use it over Christmas and it would not charge. I found troubleshooting instructions online and exhausted them all with no luck. I contacted Juice and explained the situation. They acknowledged in writing that the item is faulty but refused to help, as it was purchased outside of THEIR warranty period (1.5 years ago). They went on to claim that the item needs to be charged every 3 months and that this detail was included in their manual. I received the item in a clear plastic box with NO manual or instructions. The packaging itself advised nothing of the sort. This is not my first power bank. If I knew that the Juice power bank was going to require this level of maintenance just to remain operational; I wouldn't have purchased it. Likewise, if I knew what kind of reviews and reputation that this company had; I would have stayed well clear. I now have to open a case with the CCPC, as Juice are refusing to take responsibility, despite acknowledging the fault in writing; for this faulty item. It is clear, based on their many negative reviews; that this company are happy to supply merchandise that is not fit for purpose. Do not waste your time or money supporting this business and buy your item from a reputable, dependable supplier instead.

Complete rubbish. Bought juice USB C cable and lasted a mere 8 weeks and stopped working, I should have checked the reviews before, it is a complete waste of money
Never again. Steer away from Juice cable - very poor quality with premium price!!!

Over the last couple of years I’ve bought about three of their USB cables. They appear to be of good quality, well packaged and not cheap. All have failed. Wish I’d read the reviews before buying. Complete waste of money - never again!

I bought a 3 charge juice box 2 years ago which lasted for 18 months before it stopped working. I bought another and now it's full charge doesn't even charge my phone halfway and I've had it less than a year. Don't waste your money

Don't bother with these cables. I have been forced to buy several of these when shopping later at night in supermarkets. Juice cables come in attractive colours and are well packaged with security tags - they appear to be high quality and are premium priced. But, on each occasion, the cables have stopped working, typically a couple of weeks later. The longest one has lasted is about a month. Cheaper cables (bought from home discount stores such as B&M or Home Bargains) are a fraction of the price and have lasted far longer.

I bought 2 lightning cables for iPhones about 2 years ago and found them to be fine but then recently I’ve bought another 2 but after a few months they’ve both stopped working so won’t be buying juice products again. They’re not even the cheapest

My first powerbank was good but have since bought 2 which immediately failed to remain connected. Messaged Juice to seek advice and/or provide feedback. No response whatsoever. Thats not my idea of good customer service. Nor of consistent product quality

Juice UK quickly sorted my complaint about a faulty power-bank and replaced it promptly.

Bought a charger for my iPhone and iPad. It’s frazzled after less than 2 months and heats up whenever you try to charge something.
