Absolute rubbish only worked for 2 weeks and cost 15 pounds .this company should be investigated by trading standards as there products not fit for purpose.disgraceful.

I’ve been using Juice chargers for years now, and I can say it’s one of the best in the market so far 👍🏻 Always guys make sure to keep the receipt in a safe place just in case if you need a replacement 👍🏻
Also Juice customer service are the best 👌🏻

I’ll stick to Home Bargains, tried to get in touch to resolve this as I don’t like leaving bad reviews.. however messaged through Facebook was told this was just for marketing, emailed twice! Nothing.. my cable cost 16 times more than my normal one and lasted about a month longer! Never again

I received a promotional codes for discount on there website. I contacted customer services to say I was unable to add the products to the basket on there website. I received an automatic response to say someone will respond within 24-48 hours on working day. I gained a response 4 days later to say they had website issues and it would be fixed the following day. Expecting customers to just wait until they have there house in order.
To send out offers without there website being in order speak volumes or there poor organisation and there response demonstrates they take customers for granted.

Terrible. Lasted a few days. Very disappointed especially considering the price.

Expensive 3m cable from Tesco. Failed after 3 months. Just like all the other cables out there, apart from about £15 higher in price. Avoid!

It started glitching just after some few days of and stopped working properly after few weeks. I had to put it in one position and even if the air would slightly touch it, It would stop working. I would have expected this from some £1 chargers but not from Juice
Totally regret buying it.

Juice charger green cable has given up working at first I thought it was phone but the charger is dead -the phone was getting hot when using the juice charger that's a serious safety issue and should be reported to The Standards Agency. I'm surprised they haven't been recalled seems no use contacting the manufacturer by the looks as many others had same issue and no recourse - one thing for sure I won't be buying a juice replacement item.

These chargers are absolutely crap. I have had a few of them purely bought as I need a 3m cable and this brand is the only one my local Tesco stocks. With each and every one I’ve had, they’ve only lasted a few months max before they become temperamental, only working if held at a certain angle, before stopping working altogether. Absolute garbage product, and they’re not cheap either. AVOID!

Had to email them 3 times no answer not even a automated response since the middle of November .
Charger lead lasted 3 months I wouldn’t recommend buying anything of these , I needed a cable as I wanted to print some pictures off for my dads funeral still no answer.
No customer service at all blaming the virus yet replied on Facebook the first time saying email it’s quicker.

Rubbish the juice wire stopped working after 3 months, so much for a years warranty, I’ve emailed them twice with no response, definitely won’t ever use them again

Bought an android standard fit charger, cheap Chinese crap, the connector slips straight out of my phone socket. To add insult to injury the plug and charging cable are integrated so couldn't even salvage s plug for a cable with connector which ports securely.

Ordered wireless charger during Halloween sale on 30th October.

Haven’t received anything yet, product shipped on the 2nd November with no email confirmation of shipping, tracking code and delivery information on their website is nonexistent.

Have contacted support who has told me information I already know, nothing about the courier, delivery time or anything.

- still hasn’t arrived 7 days since shipping ridiculous.

Quite possibly one of the most frustrating websites i have ever use, a heaven help anybody who has a coupon code, it will NEVER allow you to use it. Clever on the part of the company some might say as never discount anything.

Hard to navigate, and i am concerned now for my personal data as when i registered for the 20% off that has never come to fruition it took me a to a random twitter page. How safe is your site? I have also sent these comments directly to the company.
