I recently purchased a Pool table -
"Mesa Bilhar Profissional de 243x132x78 cm. Verimpro 41000"
- a long-awaited special birthday gift.
The Pool table is advertised as Professional. IT IS NOT - by a long way. Construction is poor. On ours, the table bed is not flat and you cannot play a straight ball down the long edge - they fall to the centre of the table.
I contacted Juguetilandia, and sent videos to illustrate the problems. It is not fit for purpose. They acknowledged there was a problem and offered to replace the table top. (which means us dismantling the table and reassembling it). OR alternatively a price reduction. We don't want a reduction on this table, it's no good!
Juguetilandia said all their goods are checked before dispatch, our problem must be due to damp conditions in transit. The trolley the table was packed up on has water marks on it, (we sent them a photo of this) but this will have been during storage, not transit - we helped unload the table from the vehicle, which was totally dry.
As all Juguestilandia's goods are "checked", how can we be confident a replacement will be any different?
This table is neither of the quality advertised, nor fit for purpose. We have spent an enormous amount of money, energy and time on this already.
We have not accepted Juguetilandia's proposals but have requested a refund. This has been agreed but WE would have to pay for the return of the original table! This will cost us nearly 300€!!!!! Needless to say we have not agreed to this.
Our interpretation of Warranty regulations is that items not fit for purpose, or defective (in our case, both) should be refunded if this is the customers choice, and that the seller should pay for transport.
We are going round in circles with this company, we shall not be happy until we have our money back under Warranty - including the transport costs.
Do not buy this table if you are a serious player! It is NOT Professional.

Compre un jacuzzi inflable a principios de junio..me llegó tarde...cuando lo instale el sistema de burbujas dejo de funcionar tardaron 1 mes en traer otro motor y cuando ya funcionaba empezó a desinflarse...me dijeron q tenia q enviarlo a Alicante cn un coste de 200 euros propio q no cubría la garantía de 2 años...Así q al final ni lo he usado que si pagado..y no me lo solucionan...Informalidad absoluta y engaño en cuanto al tema de garantía se refiere.No recomendable...el próximo en el corte ingles...por poco más merece la pena y responden a las incidencias con formalidad.
