If I could no no stars that would be my review awful awful customer service. My order was made. It was $22 and now I can find no transaction numbers my account I can’t log into it anymore. It says it doesn’t exist and I have yet to receive any packages and it’s been over a month.

One of My Favorite Shops for Whimsical & Dreamy Fashion
Joyfolie offers such unique and stunning pieces and continues to be one of my favorite shops for whimsical and dreamy fashion! Great quality, accurate sizing and they always get back to me right away with any questions I have. With my most recent order, shipping was quick and I received an unexpected complimentary gift with my items! I do hope they bring back some of their older designs though because I love them so much but always look forward to the new ones they release too!

Joyfolie has been an awesome online boutique retailer so far. I have bought two dresses a skirt from them so far and everything has arrived fast. The items are good quality and exactly as shown on the website. I really like how bespoke the items are. The Theresa skirt I just received is my favorite. I love a long skirt and the ruffles are so cute and sweet. Each shipment has come with a thoughtful gift such as a journal and there are always sales and discounts to be found. I can't wait until my daughter is bigger and I can buy her matching pieces from Joyfolie as well.

We adore Joyfolie!
We’ve been ordering from Joyfolie for almost 10 years now. They have the prettiest, dreamiest dresses and they’re so well made. They’re made of great material and many of the dresses we’ve had from them have been handed down and worn many times. We recently had a dance coming up for my daughter and didn’t realize there was a theme until very close to time. We reached out to Joyfolie and asked their help to get her a dress in time and they went above and beyond to make it happen! They have such a great team, and fantastic clothing! I’ll continue to purchase from them, and look to them first when we have any other occasions come up!

Great customer service
I placed an order with Joyfolie and the two items did not fit. I contacted the customer service department and they were very happy to send me out a prepaid shipping label and send me the sizes that fit me. No return hassles and very nice to work with. Now I have my outfit and I’m ready to wear it! Very nice clothing! I’ve been shopping with you guys for a while.

Cheap. No liner in bathing suit top I bought from them with zero support. I contacted them for a return or exchange and they told me that I cannot get a refund & that I should sell i on a resale website. Is this real life? Wtf?

Joyfolie filters reviews
Joyfolie filters reviews that are posted on their website. While reviews displayed on their site may be authentic customers, Joyfolie does not display all reviews submitted. For example – I purchased something from Joyfolie in which the sizing was off and submitted a review. After submitting the review, I noticed it wasn’t posted on the product page. I emailed Joyfolie to ask why and was told that reviews submitted to Joyfolie are filtered internally, and because of this not all reviews are posted. Posting only positive reviews is a disservice to customers looking for an unfiltered review of their products.

Awful company. They do not respect their return policy. Most of their items are overcharged polyester (made out of plastic. Horrible customer service. Would never purchase here again.

With your order, we received the returned item with stains that were not reported prior to the submitted request as it was outlined in our policy that defects/damages must be reported within 14 days of receipt hence, our team made sure to inform you about the issue and offer to ship the item back to you but never received a response from you.

Customer service is outstanding
Had an issue with my purchase and Joyfolie was able to help and make things perfectly right. Shipping was fast and my experience turned out to be pleasant. Every time I reached out for help they promptly responded and waisted no time. I’m so happy with this company and their customer service. I hope they never change. What can I say? My daughters’ most requested brand, my favorite to buy from. Sales are so worth it, and the one time I got flawed pieces they replaced them AND I got to keep the flawed! We love them and they last forever.
