The Felicity dress is one of my favorites from Joyfolie, and I have quite a few. The color (rose clay) is stunning and the fit is perfect, very comfortable. The fabric is good quality. I've had it about a year now and I've found that I can dress it up or down depending on shoes and accessories. Their customer service is fantastic too. Returns are absolutely no hassle.

Customer service and product line of my dreams
Excellent customer service. I was a first time buyer and a little wary with a new brand, just using size charts. Wendy emailed me back a considerable amount of information on a couple of their items I was looking at, assisting me with best fit and sizing tips so I’d be happiest along with what their policies were for returns and exchanges in case anything didn’t work out. (Just FYI- I received my order today and won’t be returning ANYTHING ❤️ because it all did fit and was of fabulous quality!)

The clothes are eye catching and great quality. Clothes are made out of materials that don't look or feel cheap at all. Very flattering and beautiful selection. Also it helps rhe the models wear the clothes and other items on the website so you can see how an outfit would actually look once you add accessories to It. 10/10 recommend!

I have loved Joyfolie for over a decade and was so excited to find my wedding dress there! The Alia dress is beautiful and fits me perfectly, excellent quality and the fabric is beautiful. Impressive sales deals
I got a couple dresses on sale. I’m not the type to spend more than $50 on a dress usually, so it was a great deal to find dresses marked down to $20 or $30, and they’re so beautiful!

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE
Make sure whatever you buy you’re going to keep because the customer service is the most horrendous that I’ve ever dealt with. Over 20 emails later trying to initiate a simple return for store credit (which then put me past my 30 day time), I eventually was granted an extension. I sent my items back within a few days of being granted the extension, I was then told that the “week long” extension was no longer being provided, and that I could either pay to have the items I did not want shipped back to me or I could consider them donated. (there was no time notated on the extension and again they were shipped back in less than a week.)
After threatening to file dispute charges, I was finally granted store credit that has to be used within a certain amount of time.
Save your time, save the hassle. Truly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Please know that your situation was reviewed carefully, and multiple exceptions were provided to accommodate your return and issue store credit, even though the return was outside our standard 30-day window. We allowed the return to be processed after the original return window, extended the timeframe for you, and provided an additional exception to issue store credit despite the previous extension having lapsed.
Our return policy is always clearly posted on our website, and we advise customers to review it prior to checking out. While we genuinely wish we could make exceptions for every scenario, we are required to follow the policy to maintain fairness and consistency for all customers. Store credit for discounted orders also has an expiration period, as outlined on our site.
We truly empathize with how stressful this process has been and understand that it impacted your trust in us. Your feedback is valuable and will help us improve communication and processes moving forward.
Hands-down best company
Hands-down, best quality items at great prices and they have top-notch customer service. I am a forever customer and will be telling everyone about them.
