We need a zero star review button on here. Reading very similar comments from people on Trust Pilot using the word bully ALOT. Well done to those people standing up for themselves! Just received my court papers from them today because I refused their demands for payment when my compensation never went through. Did everything they told me to do, received false information from Fast Track and can prove it, received paperwork telling me I won’t be receiving compensation and can prove no payment received, communicated with them, yet they’re response and unhelpfulness was incredibly harsh, and quite brutal . Not only will I defend but intend to counter claim. Need reporting to financial ombudsman and Law Society Sometimes you have to make a stand against unreasonable, bullish behaviour on a point of what’s right and what’s wrong! IF I RECEIVED COMPENSATION I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICE!! NO SERVICE WAS DELIVERED SO HOW ARE YOU TRYING TO CLAIM FEES WHEN I HAVE COMMUNICATED WITH YOU AND YOU KNOW THIS?!!!

Absolutely disgusting disgraceful company demanding payment for a ppi payout sent to an address I had sold years prior. Asked for proof the payment was sent to me (clearly wasn’t as didn’t live at address) can’t provide it but demand payment or taking me to court. Disgusting bunch of bully’s, hope they sleep well at night harassing people for money that isn’t owed

It took a long time. But with a good out come.

Someone claimed PPI in my name from an address I hadn't lived at for 15yrs, I'm guessing that "someone" was my ex-husband. I knew nothing about this until I had a chq delivered to my home, happy days, for £1,300 from M&S bank in 2021. Over a year later I get a letter redirected from the address I haven't lived at for over 15yrs from this company demanding their percentage of the PPI claim. Apparently a company called Uclaim4me claimed the PPI in my name, they have since gone in to administration. I didn't sign any document, I didn't agree to any PPI claim. I asked for the signed agreement, 8 months later they finally send it, clearly not my signature. These guys are unprofessional and argumentative, they don't listen to what you have to say and send bullying emails. I wont be paying their demand, I'll go to court.
