Nil star rating harassment from the start in my mid 70s husband just been 10 days in ICU threatening me with court for old so called PPI claim gave me tel no to ring and ref bank know nothing of it don’t know where to turn just not fair claim going back years just want hundreds off me want me to prove I didn’t get paid bank can’t help

Got the job done and I received my compensation, but their commission was very high.

I know the terms were agreed in advance but there should be some sort of regulation to cap the percentage of fees that no-win-no-fee law firms can claw from your compensation.

Excellent service from start to finish no problems and kept in touch throughout the whole procedure.

Mixed feelings about this company……contacted me about PPI so went ahead. Has taking abit of time which seems not worth it considering I’m not even receiving half my “owed” money back after costs. JJL’s fees are more than what I’m getting back. So unless you know your owed a decent amount I wouldn’t bother. Still waiting to receive my refund but was told could take up to 28 days. They charge a high % fee!!

Dreadful company. I lodged a PPI complaint with this complaint well over a year ago.
I have just received an email, 07/09/2022), to say they've suddenly dropped my case and won't be taking on any more.
