I'm very happy with the bar and weights, they're good quality, easy to use and reasonably priced. They were also delivered within a reasonable time too. No complaints!

I had been looking for dumbbells at a sensible price for months during lockdowns. Jordan Fitness were the only supplier that had dumbbells at a reasonable price. Quality old school dumbbells, delivered swiftly. Thank you so much , they are a great piece of kit for my home training.

I’ve ordered a few things from Jordan Fitness. Not the cheapest but their stuff very, very high quality.

Item not delivered!!!! Pay a fortune for delivery too!!!!!

Correction delivery eventually occurred 13 days after ordering. Jordan Fitness sent the item the day after delivery, FedEx their courier, claimed to have delivered the item. They lied. They then said they would attempt re-delivery - yep, of an item they claimed to have already delivered! Second time they left it in a bin but not outside of my address, just another in the village. Ill with covid and in the pouring rain I had to track my parcel down yet again. Contacted Jordan the following day, just an apology no offer to refund the p&p charge after the delay and the fact that I ultimately delivered my own parcel! They are more upset that I left a one star review which they wanted me to revise on the basis I could have a discount - unknown how much mind - off any FUTURE purchase. So Jordan don't lose out here do they? They use a courier that lies and fails to deliver, the customer is the only one that loses out, being made to feel that they lied, waiting 13 days for delivery and then having to collect their own item. This is my first order every from Jordan and my last, so I don't get any pay back for this utter shambles and yet they want me to say yes to a discount off a future purchase? Awful customer service and never again will I purchase from Jordan Fitness.

Great quality and very quick delivery can ask for no more!

So pleased I ordered this pre lockdown, even better with the pure gym discount! Would have been 5 stars but the delivery service from FedEx wasn’t great. Waited in all day on the scheduled delivery date and it did not turn up, would have been ok with that if they’d let me know they weren’t arriving till the next day.

My experience with this company is fantastic! I have ordered from then numerous times. They have always fulfilled their order and delivered the equipment promptly.
