The delivery time was very good considering the Covid19 issues and the customer service also helpful and responsive to an issue.

I’ve marked a star down as the dumbbells’ handle go up in size with the weight and the 5kg set is not really designed for a female hand (the 4kg are much better size) 😕 I’ve medium size hands and they hurt after some time of holding.

Quality gym equipment (bought some solid hex dumbbells during lockdown) and quick delivery via Fed Ex. Not the cheapest you can find but Jordan equipment can regularly be seen in gyms so it must be good stuff!

I ordered barbells and weights via the Puregym website (using a discount code) - they arrived promptly and in good condition - only one small gripe - the order came with metal clips - so I’ve just ordered some plastic grips - but wasn’t able to use the discount code for this purchase - not particularly bothered - but thought that you ought to know - love your products - I use them all the time at Puregym - nice to have a set at home.
