Gaz at The Range in Southampton was an important part of the process of getting our kitchen looking like a Million Dollars...which it does,Well done,and to the suppliers Jonas and James for their Top quality products.We would definitely recommend.

We purchased the Hamilton light grey units, I was helped by Kevin that was more of a rep, but I insisted that they let him plan my kitchen, which he did. I can't complain about the service and quality of the whole experience. The kitchen was delivered on the day I requested, the quality of the kitchen units is 2nd to none. Have had kitchens from various other companies but never of this quality. Would highly recommend Jonas and James for quality and service.

Colin at the Stockport branch was very helpful and efficient. I am very happy with the new kitchen

Colin in Stockport was a great help, with it being our first kitchen he gave us lots of advice on what was best for the room and space we had. Everything was delivered on time. We’re now back again with Colin to design our utility room as the quality was great!

Lisa at the Range in Gateshead. What can I say from start of design to the finish Lisa went through all the details. She was very professional and knows her stuff. Thank you. The kitchen is being delivered on the exact date I asked for. Thanks again Lisa.

Kirsty is what made our whole experience painless..
Within 12 hours of me contacting her she had done an in home design.. She listened to everything we wanted & made sure it was our kitchen.
Every text I sent was dealt with promptly.
Within an hour of the fitters leaving she rung to make sure everything was as we expected.

I was looked after by Anil at the branch in wolverhampton. He was extremely helpful and discussed all aspects of having a new kitchen. He offered advice, solutions and guidance. He dealt with it all very quickly and I was so glad of his help. Respectful and courteous, he was a pleasure to deal with.

He advised on the best option for me and recommended Dom as a fitter making the whole experience seamless.

From initial queries, generating the design and walking me through the whole process of design, ordering, linking me up with the fitter - it was so professional and well-organised - thank you Lisa (Gateshead store). Seeing the images of the kitchen in planning and comparing it to the final fit it was amazing just what I had imagined. The cabinets and doors are such high quality, and being able to see the appliances, worktops and fittings in-store made it so easy. I would definitely recommend them.

If you purchase from this company you are mad.
They measured my kitchen, drew up a plan and then delivered it,
The plan is hard to read and the list of items requires skills equivalent to enigma machine level code breaking in order to read.
The kitchen measurements were wrong, I have 16 items that physically wont fit in my room.
I have contacted them and been delayed and ignored in equal measure, I have asked for a refund on the items wrongly supplied (in excess of £1600) and again been ignored (sorry they offered to buy back 3 of the 5 x 2500mm plinths they mis sold me @ £200)
how big would your house have to be to fit them?
They reckon I should have checked the measurements BEFORE the kitchen was delivered, I feel it is reasonable for me to expect that they can do their job and therefore measure the kitchen correctly as part of their service - They cant.
one of the measurements is 110mm out, that's 4 inches in old money
They will probably respond to this review - ignore them nothing they say matters.
The kitchens themselves are poor quality (the pre drilled holes are misaligned so none of the units sit square) and I deeply regret my actions in dealing with this farce of a company
I have a picture in my head of their head office (unit in a field) with a place for the cowboys to tie up their horses alongside
Buyer beware, you will regret it.
I recommend you find an old kitchen on a dump and fit that, you will be happier.

Everything ran smoothly from start to finish the free measure and design service really helped us bring our kitchen to life we were very happy.

I had a kitchen fitted just over a year ago and the worktops are lifting at the joint both J&J and the fitting company say its not there fault. ( its not mine either) the fitting company inspected the joints and have said that nothing wrong. J&J responce was that kitchen work tops are classed as accerssories so are not covered by the ten year guarentee but only a one year guarentee and have refused to even consider any help

The salesman’s knew his kitchen range very well and what we required. The kitchen is exactly what was described and great quality too. They did their best to resolve a small problem, but overall very satisfied and we would definitely recommend this company to others.

The designer listened to what was required in the kitchen and I was given a few options to choose from and also afforded time to think about the design and amend to suit. discussions included price and finishes which was helpful.

Colin had helped us from start to finish helping us with finishing the right kitchen withing our budget and even giving advice whilst the kitchen was being put together. We had some hiccups along the way and thought we wud have had to spend more but when we spoke to Colin he gave us advice and guidance and helped us figure out what do do as our builders had not accounted for certain pipe work and electrics. Very knowledgeable and helpful would definitely recommend coming down to the stockport branch and seeing him if you need a new kitchen. Also have had 2 of my family members go here and both are very happy with their kitchen too. Can't thank you enough. But thanx again.

We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen from start to finish it was the easiest process, I met Collin who took us through the process and came round to measure up talk to us about what we wanted (I’m not the easiest person to please) couple days later we went back into the range to look at the new kitchen it blew our minds it was just what we were after after deciding on worktops handles and other appliances we were good to go I can’t thank the range well Collin enough even when I’ve had nerves building up Collin has been there to reassure and sort any problems out highly recommend going with the range kitchens ask for Colin at your Stockport branch xx

Wanted to give more stars 10/10

When we were dealing with the salesman he was very attentive and helped us create the kitchen we wanted. After some subsequent amendments the final design was agreed although there was a number of back and fourths regarding numbers and costs.
One observation during these discussions was that the invoice is very difficult to read and there is a deliberate ploy to disguise the exact cost and description of each unit or section.
Jonas & James do state that it is the customers reasonability to confirm the kitchen design which I understood BUT I trusted the salesman to provide the best advice which has turned out not to be the case. I have been left with £561.78 worth of extra units that are not required for an £8,000 kitchen. 7% over-charge.
Despite a number of phone calls and emails the policy of Customer Service would appear to be “ignore customers that complain” as I have not received a response.
Another issue has been the delivery of the kitchen. I received no delivery information for the kitchen and when it was delivered I looked at the boxes and could not see my combination over/ microwave. After an number of attempts to contact the salesman I was eventually told that this delivery had to be arrange separately. It was eventually delivered nine days after the kitchen and again I received zero delivery information.
Over all the kitchen quality is good but the customer service is abysmal.

We recently had a jonas and james kitchen fitted, we are really pleased with it. Daljit was very helpful, pleasant to deal with, and did a fabulous design for our kitchen.
