After a recent trip

After a recent trip, my carry-on suitcase was damaged by the airline and unfortunately the airline refused to cover the repair. I contacted Jollying for assistance and their customer service team responded quick and professionally. Although the damage wasn't covered under the standard lifetime warranty, they offered me an extended warranty option at a very reasonable cost and promptly replaced my suitcase. The entire process was smooth, fair and stress-free. I was so impressed with their support that I also purchased the extended warranty for my checked luggage to give myself extra peace of mind for future travels. Jollying has earned my trust not only for the quality and durability of their luggage, but also for their exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable travel gear backed by a team that truly stands behind their products.

Great luggage

Great luggage, backed by even better service. I'm on the road almost every week for work, plus a few international trips each year, and my Jollying carry-on is always with me. It's taken a beating over time, yet in continues to perform flawlessly. Even after years of use, there hasn't been a single quality issue - wheels roll smoothly, zippers work perfectly, and the compression pad still holds strong. It fits everything I need for my trips (with just the occasional quick laundry run). I even managed to pack for a full week-long conference - including a formal outfit - using just this one carry-on.

Wrong item sent, they got in touch after to resolve issue

UPDATE - Upon seeing my review Jollying got in touch apologising and offering a 50% refund.

I ordered the suitcase to arrive whilst on holiday in Japan to use it out there, but there was problems with delivery, so annoyingly I had to drag a broken suitcase around on my holiday. Customer services responded and I had to get a refund .

I ordered again when I returned to the UK, and I asked for a discount as the price is more in the UK and given the mix up with me not receiving it in Japan they agreed.
However again there was problem with delivery, I received an email and a message on my phone saying that it had been delivered when it hadn't. I message customer services a few times and they just ignored my emails. About a week later it turned up, however they had sent me the wrong colour. I ordered dark green and they sent me buttercup yellow.

Since the customer services have not been responding I used it for one flight and already it's marked and dirty - which is why I didn't want to order a light colour.

I have to say the finish on the suitcase isn't great, there's parts of the binding that are lose and exposing the stitch. I wish trustpilot would allow me to attach pictures.

I have to say I'm super disappointed in my experience and the product. I was hoping to also get the small version, but definitely won't now!

No one replied to my email request…

No one replied to my email request regarding an amendment of delivery address. I sent the email out straight away once the order was placed and found the mistake on my order already so it definitely was not a last minute request.

But the order was just sent to SF with the wrong address regardless.

I lastly had to search for the contact of the SF guy, called him up and inform him to deliver to the correct address in order not to have someone else taking my paid product for FREE.
