I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order based on a promotion that promised a free bracelet when purchasing 10 charms. However, when my order arrived, I was charged for an additional bracelet, despite selecting the free gold bracelet as part of the promotion.
I immediately contacted customer service before the order was shipped to clarify the mistake, but my concerns were ignored, and the wrong bracelet was still sent. Only after contacting them again did they acknowledge the issue and added the free silver bracelet to my order, which was not what I wanted.
Even though I pointed out that under EU consumer law I was entitled to return the extra bracelet at no cost, they refused to provide a prepaid return label. Instead, they kept insisting that I should return the bracelet at my own expense, despite their error. They also failed to address my concerns properly in multiple responses, often sending generic messages that ignored the specifics of my situation.
To make matters worse, their response times were incredibly slow, often taking up to 72 hours to reply. But once I mentioned filing a complaint, they managed to respond in less than 6 hours, which felt more like a desperate attempt to resolve the issue only when they were at risk of legal action.
I will not be purchasing from this company again. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, and they showed no regard for honoring their promotions or adhering to consumer protection laws.
If you're considering buying from them, be cautious. It’s clear they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction or legal compliance.
